“This is the second time we have eaten from here. The first time I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a taco salad but ordered a Torta. I was not disappointed with my order. It was a good mistake! The grilled taco salad that I had today was absolutely the best I have ever eaten. My husband agreed with me. I would recommend eating at this place! I don't think you would be disappointed.”

Why you might ask? well, its because any time i make an online order and ask for 'the whole onion' or 'all the onion you can fit on it' or 'if you cant fit anymore onions on it, put some more on there' they HAPPILY oblige and always sign my bag as requested. “I want to start by saying we’ve eaten here A TON as mango sushi. First trip with the new owners….Took over an hour to get 2 orders of noodles and 1 order of vegetables, they are very under staffed, 1 cook and 1 on sushi, so that’s fair.….Food tastes great but Half way through eating one of us pulled a very long blonde hair out of her mouth… we both stopped eating because gross. We get it, it happens, we are all human. HOWEVER, the guys at the table next to us had the same problem with the rice right after we ordered drinks. Now, Normally at a restaurant a manager would have come over and apologized and would have made it right, nope. She sent our waitress back over to apologize and told her they were taking one side of noodles off our bill. $3…. We still tipped our waitress well, she was sweet and nothing was her fault. This would not have happened with the old owners.”

“I hadn't seen a Central Park in a decade but once I saw this location was still open I immediately drove in. Fantastic fries, an amazing burger, and friendly staff. Only thing missing at this location were milkshakes!”

“It took us years before we ever stopped in here because we love the full hibachi experience- however if you’re looking for delicious hibachi quick and to go - this place has the most delicious food! We love it - it’s definitely a little “honey hole””

“I've always loved steak 'n shake. I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.”

“The food was amazing! Compliments to the cook who prepared our steaks exactly how we wanted.
Our server Mary was beyond amazing! She was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very fast with our order and made sure to check on us frequently. I overheard two staff members talking and it was one of the girls first weeks I think, and the other staff member was encouraging her which is always great to hear.
The reason I'm leaving four stars though, is because the manager on shift seemed to be under the influence and was talking about other staff members loud enough for us to hear. Not very professional in my opinion and doesn't set a welcoming environment for guest. You could his frustration with one area not being to his cleaning standards and how the waitress could finish sweeping the rest of the area.”

“I placed an order on the app. The app automatically changed my location to the Fort O location, which I didn’t realize until it had submitted my order. It was 20 min away and in the opposite direction I was driving to pick my kid up from school. I called to cancel my order. They were able to issue a refund, despite having already started working on the order, which I appreciate. Great customer service. Thank you!I do recommend the app confirm location before submitting order as well as offering the opportunity to cancel the order within 1 minute after submitting it to prevent future issues such as this.”
