“I absolutely LOVE Jimmie John's sandwiches. However, a couple of weeks ago when I got my order the coke seemed to have been sitting out awhile, ice was almost melted and the coke tasted watered down. Today I went through the drive thru and got my Beachcomer sandwich. When I got home there was absolutely no avocado sauce which made the sandwich dry. Please have the employees to pay more attention when making orders. Thank you.“

“It was really good! The food was great, especially the sourdough bread. The employees were very chill and kind, one thing I loved was that the food came out 6 minutes after we ordered! “I think I may have had the pleasure of meeting Mindy B herself - and her mama! I felt so welcome here. The kitchen was a little backed up when I placed my order, but I didn’t have to wait in a line, just a tick for my order. Anyone I spoke with in the restaurant was just like talking with family. You can tell these folks work very hard and take pride in this place. I got my food to go (not because of the wait, just because of preference) and when I got back to my hotel, I was shocked at how large the portions were, especially for the price!! I had ordered the vegan wrap with a side salad and I had two meals out of it. That hardly ever happens with vegetarian or vegan food!!! The only thing that kept me coming back was the lack of time in Chattanooga. The food was delicious and fresh! If I ever find myself back in Chattanooga, I WILL be back!!! “Came in today on this rainy Sunday. Was greeted by very friendly staff. Talisha one of the managers brought our food out to us and stated she would be back in a few to see if we had any feedback that would make our experience better or anyone’s coming to the restaurant. She came back about 15 mins later refilled our drinks got our feedback and made her way through all the customers that was currently there before she went back she made sure to stop back by check to see if we needed box’s or would like any dessert to go. “We went to Walmart on Saturday and were hungry when we got there and went to subway. They were busy and there was only one lady working. She was very nice and fast and just overall a delight. Her name was Jackie. I commented on the fact that she was working all alone and she said she had been with the company 6 years. “One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal.
