“Came in today on this rainy Sunday. Was greeted by very friendly staff. Talisha one of the managers brought our food out to us and stated she would be back in a few to see if we had any feedback that would make our experience better or anyone’s coming to the restaurant. She came back about 15 mins later refilled our drinks got our feedback and made her way through all the customers that was currently there before she went back she made sure to stop back by check to see if we needed box’s or would like any dessert to go. She also recommended us coming back in next week to try the new key lime cheesecake which will for sure be on my list of things to do“

But my friends order was wrong and it was fixed wrong, then trainer delivered sandwiches to office and they still had mayonaise so employees need to pay attention. I understand it's a new store but can't run a business messing orders up twice in one day.“

I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“

However, a couple of weeks ago when I got my order the coke seemed to have been sitting out awhile, ice was almost melted and the coke tasted watered down. Today I went through the drive thru and got my Beachcomer sandwich. When I got home there was absolutely no avocado sauce which made the sandwich dry. Please have the employees to pay more attention when making orders. Thank you.“
