Went Tuesday and tried the new steak and cheese melt, It Was Awesome. The manager and all the staff went far and beyond to take care of us. You dont find this at many restaurants. The entire staff was so nice and friendky and MADE MY DAY!!! I always go there and LOVE it
We just had a delicious lunch at Firehouse subs. We weren’t sure what to get and Sebastian was amazing. He helped tell us about the different subs and wanted to make sure we enjoyed it. You don’t see many young adults enthusiastic about their job these days. Job well done !!!
Friendly employees and great tasting food.

Firehouse Subs at Battlefield Parkway offers delicious subs like the Hook and Ladder Combo and turkey sub. The restaurant is clean and well-decorated, with friendly staff who provide exceptional customer service. Recently, a group of young men impressed a customer with their amazing manners and helpfulness. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the restaurant has ample parking space, making it a family-friendly option. While there was a minor issue with communication at the register due to a tall counter, the staff worked hard to keep the line moving. This Firehouse Subs location is known for its warm welcome, clean environment, and polite employees who often remember regulars. The restaurant also gives back to the community, adding to its positive reputation.
