“Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. It's the simple things when people go above customer service they actual are what we all are supposed to be. Just plain nice and caring! Amazing job guys!“

They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want. “We tried the deep fried turkey sandwich, didn't look anything like the sandwich on the commercial, why does the restaurant industry show such good looking sandwiches, just to let down the customer, should be false advertising, don't waste your money like I did“

I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.“

“We’ve had the same delivery person from the Ft Oglethorpe, Ga location for 20 plus yrs. Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. If there ever were an employee deserving of recognition he Is the person. “Great food, clean surfaces, friendly staff. Overall, this is a great establishment!

Unfortunately, due to supply chain and food cost issues these days, this location and the others in the Rossville/ft Oglethorpe area are not able to accept coupons for BOGO or similar deals.

If you get those coupons in the mail, keep this in mind when deciding to go!

We still ended up eating Subway that day because the bread smelled wonderful, and the staff was so nice, but.... It's just something to bear in mind.

Overall, I'd still recommend them!“
