“As always I was met with a smile and someone ready to help me make my purchase for some yummy food. No matter how long the line is you get in and out pretty fast. This time as I waited for my food to arrive to my car I had a pleasant conversation with a staff member as she organized the drinks and food coming to the window. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A.Especially when you go inside with four kids. They brought my drinks to my table for me and later my food. While eating they walk by and ask if you need refills or anything else. The bathrooms are clean with step stools for kids and I love that the kids can be so loud in the play area but it doesn't disturb the people in the dining area because I guess the thick glass. I love how my kids can always trade in their "toy" from their meal for an ice cream even in the drive through. Overall a great experience.“
“My wife and I were traveling to Florida. We stopped over at a Holiday Inn Express in Ringgold, Ga. We had a case of the munchies so we found the nearest Jersey Mike’s and called to order. An exceptionally nice, and very professional lady by the name of Beth, who helped walk us through downloading the Door Dash app. She took the time to walk us through placing our order process and stayed on the line till our order came through. Once it was there she said she had it and would get right on making it. She told us the order would probably be there a little after 9:00 pm. We received our order well before 9:00 pm from Door Dash Bradley. My wife’s cold sandwich was cold and my hot sandwich was nice and hot. The entire order was perfect as ordered and timely as well. “Food was good as usual. Mom and I both ordered the children's spaghetti. Mine had a mother more sauce than hers and hers had much more spaghetti than mine. Just seemed disproportionate. Also wish they would have come around with more breadsticks. 4 wasn't enough for 3 people.“
“Hey y'all, my boyfriend and I had lunch here on Valentine's Day. Very friendly staff not very crowded and the food was delicious. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. I just had fries and a shake that day. But did y'all know they have good chicken tenders also? I usually get them but I didn't that day. I don't eat Mexican. But hey y'all go try it out. For this visit is a definite A+“

All dine in searing options has movable chairs so it is fairly wheel chair friendly.“

“They totally messed up my very simple order and I didn't find it until I got home it was a take out order I live 30 minutes from them I called and they wouldn't let me speak to the manager and they wouldn't give me the contact info for the owner of this store I ordered a steak and cheese and and they gave me a very poorly made ham and cheese with no condiments“
“We no longer have a CP in our area so was thrilled to see it! Only disappointment was we asked for COMBOS & drove away to no fries. But the burger & chicken sandwich were both amazing. Very good fast food & nice employees...just wish we had gotten our fries “
“As many taco bell's as I've been in I've never had better service. All of the employees seemed like they were happy and in a good mood. The restaurant was very clean too. I live about an hour away, but will definitely be stopping by there anytime I'm close to Chattanooga.“
“Honestly the service was good and fast. It was too fast! I ordered a number 10 two-piece fish with six shrimp and two sides. I rarely check my order from there because they've always been good about getting it correct but when I got home this time I opened the box and there was no shrimp I called the location surprisingly they picked up I let them know what had happened they told me to come back down and they would make it right. when I got there they replaced the whole meal. No questions asked they were very polite and I am very appreciative! Thank you to Heather and the staff on duty.“
“Not like it used to be. Order yourself, pick up food yourself, clean your table, and take trash. I don't mind any of that, but they want you to leave a tip. For who? I did it all but cook. I believe cooks get paid better than waitresses, and food costs enough already. Good food.Only 1 nice employee.“

“6 children's burgers were $20. I order 4 plain and they were anything but plain so had to throw them out. You can never get Hardee's to correct anything when I call they just brush you off so I said to throw $20 away it's not worth it with these fast food “
“We’ve had the same delivery person from the Ft Oglethorpe, Ga location for 20 plus yrs. Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. If there ever were an employee deserving of recognition he Is the person.
