“This was election night in America. I chose you to feed my family while we watched the turnout. The staff was absolutely amazing, apologized for wait time when they did not need to. Made sure we were satisfied. Corrected one error without hesitation. Absolutely wonderful experience. All this during the dinner rush. Great Job!

But service is top notch!
I went there for lunch after a physical therapy session (torn ACL), I’m slow going right now, using crutches.
One of the workers came to assist with opening the door and to make sure I could get up the sidewalk ok.
On our way out, same thing happened, but with a different staff member. As I am taking a breather in the car, I notice they rushed to help an elderly lady who was struggling to get over the sidewalk, walking with a cane. They are a great family atmosphere with quality food. This location is by far my favorite five guys I’ve been to, just because of the hospitality alone.“

“Love going there, but sometimes the food isn't hot and seems to have been setting for a while. But my favorite is Mushroom and Swiss, then the Frisco Melt!! Most times, it's OK, but nights are worst, employees are Not friendly and that's when the food isn't greatest and no napkins!! Day times...anytime!!“

“There is a manager on morning shift, that throughout time knows my order and how I want it. I order usually the same thing every morning, and it’s always delicious. Cheesy fiesta potato burrito with no tomato add creamy jalapeño sauce. This is the best Taco Bell location and shout out to the manager Karissa (hopefully that’s how you spell it.) for being the friendliest person and understanding person. She definitely deserves a raise in my book. If you want an unparalleled experience I highly recommend the Taco Bell in Hixson on 153.“

I know when I see Catherine filling my order that everything I ordered will be correctly filled & in the bag. Any other fast food establishment would've been upset with me calling several times. 1. Being my dad's order needing dressing put to side and 2. That his salad had nothing on it. 3. “excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!“

“This Wendy's we call the good Wendy's. There is another one closer to us, but you can guess what we call it. This Wendy's is almost always clean, decorated for holidays, super fast and fresh and the employees are friendly. We really like coming out to this one.“

“For the most part the service and food here is good. There are moments that could use some work. I will say that the Bojangles coffee is the only coffee I have ever been able to drink black. It is delicious. One downside for the people who can’t do spicy they got rid of the home style chicken biscuit. I hope one day they will bring it back.“

“We got married on April 3rd and we had 500 Krystal's and 100 wings delivered to the Coffey barn in Cleveland. I was a little nervous about if they would be warm and fresh since they were coming from Chattanooga. But I worried for nothing. They were there on time, they were professional, they set up in a timely manner and displayed them perfectly. And they were still warm and very fresh. Thank you for helping to make our day perfect. “I don't normally go all in like this on reviews, but even on bad days this location is amazing. Never has my order been incorrect or subpar. Never have I received any negative attitude from the staff. They always seem to have such good chemistry amongst themselves that it flows over to anyone who visits. I can honestly say I've never been in any restaurant that operates such a tight ship, to the T, that simultaneously has employees who are exude perpetual positivity. And I believe it can all be attributed to the wonderful lady who runs the operation. I believe her name is Debbie. And she is the embodiment of my description of the restaurant. She doesn't mess about, doesn't take guff, but she is never mean or condescending. Treats her employees as good as she does the customer, and somehow makes a McDonald's feel like a family kitchen. I wish she and the rest of her team were at every McDonald's I visit.

Parking: The parking lot is set in such a way that you can fit at least 50 vehicles, or 6-7 semi trucks. As well as 3 entrance/exits, and the perfect traffic flow layout.

Kid-friendliness: Everything about this place is accommodating to any and every demographic, especially kids. Unfortunately no play place, but they make up for it with a family oriented environment, and entertainment tables. (Games, light tables)

Wheelchair accessibility: Every entrance is easily wheelchair accessible next to a parking lot that could fit 7 semi trucks. A very open interior. There are also handicapable tables that are more comfortable than the rest.“

“Only three stars b/c I ordered the bowl which requires a fork...... no fork. 😑 That defeats my purpose of fast on the go food. If I have to get my own fork I might as well sit at a waited on table but it's not as fast as drive through. And the order wasn't correct. Ugh. Again I might as well sit at a waited on table.“

“Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!

“Generally when I eat at a Taco Bell, I can no longer taste the meat on the item there is so little of it. That is not the case here. While I may not eat at TB often, and here only once or twice a year, I have never eaten in this particular restaurant without getting ample fillings in whatever I order. It's not the most convenient location for me but today I was going to be in the area and drove right by the one near my home to eat at this one. So much better than any other that I've eaten at in many years. Sad because they used to all be like this.“

“Absolutely delicious!! Arby's is one of my favorite drive thru spots and 9/10 times it's on point. It's a bit outta my price range most of the time but with this 2 for $6 special my broke self can eat like a king!! ? Seriously though, great food, employees were very nice and I didn't have to wait very long. My only request is bring back the orange creme shake!! It would really help light up my world and my therapist will thank you! All it takes is an orange creme shake, think about it Mr and/or Mrs Arbys ?“

“I’ve used the drive-thru at this location a few times and I’m very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The workers are all friendly, polite, and helpful. The food is always fresh and you can tell they take care in putting together the different dishes. I use the Wendy’s app to place my orders, which is very user friendly, and accuracy has been 100% every time. I’ll go out of my way to order at this location — a better overall experience than other locations, which aren’t bad, just this one is the best in my book.“
