I dunno what happened to Arby's over the last few years. The service at the counter and the back of the kitchen seems so angry lately. Food prep looks like somebody assembled the sandwich by throwing the ingredients from the other side of the room. Tha cashier mumbles while taking your order. Dining is always dirty. And it's like that in multiple locations. Makes it hard to go back often.
Did you know that Arby's has a new sandwich called the"Americano"??It's AWESOME!! and they're 2 for $7 right now!I bought 2 yesterday and could only eat 1 for lunch and gave 2nd one away.They're a*Large Roast beef sandwich*Shredded Lettuce*Tomatoes*Red onion*Thousand island dressingIt's fabulous ?And you can't beat the Price.Just typing this makes me wish I'd kept the 2nd sandwich ?You must Absolutely try it!!The Arby's Americano !!Parking: Plenty of parking

Said I wanted a brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich no tomato meal with coke to drink....ended up with a fish sandwich. Guy didn't talk loud and I didn't want to keep asking him to speak up so I could hear him. Even though it wasn't what I wanted it wasn't bad. At least he got the no tomato right.
