The restaurant was clean the staff were friendly the prices were affordable and the service was fast
To clarify…this was a mall drive through Chik fil a. The staff as usual were very nice, but there were no straws, napkins, nor sauce in the bag.
My sandwich was decent. But the young lady that brought my food out while doing a curb side order was the sweetest! Her name is Claire and I really enjoyed our small conversation. I really hope she is the one to bring my food out the next time I’m there.

Although there have been some issues with curbside orders, such as missing utensils and incomplete drinks, the restaurant generally meets expectations. The Northgate Mall location has ample parking and is kid-friendly, with staff often getting orders correct for children. Despite occasional long lines, the quick service and variety of seating options make it a popular choice.
