Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A?! I have never had a negative experience here. The staff is always so happy and nice.I think Erlanger should start hiring people that have worked at Chick-fil-A and maybe the patient care would improve.
I don't know who the lady manager is that treats the other workers so poorly, but that lady needs to settle down. She's on the radio berating the servers and it's really NOT ok. I hope this is not the norm for a restaurant that has earned a reputation for being delicious and awesome. That poor guy didn't deserve to be talked to that way.Does the owner/operator know his employees are treated this way? Or is she friendly with him and treat the others poorly behind his back?

The food is always great! Pretty fast for drive thru, lobby is always clean. Nice ppl working. They give plenty of sauce if u ask for it. They don't just throw your food in a bag they place it in the bag neatly so your not having to dig fries or napkins out of the bottom of the bag. Which is one thing I can't stand. They are the best Chick-fil-A in Chattanooga area.Parking: During lunch and dinner rush the parking lot can be full but there is plenty of parking next door at Walmart...read full review
