The food is always great! Pretty fast for drive thru, lobby is always clean. Nice ppl working. They give plenty of sauce if u ask for it. They don't just throw your food in a bag they place it in the bag neatly so your not having to dig fries or napkins out of the bottom of the bag. Which is one thing I can't stand. They are the best Chick-fil-A in Chattanooga area.Parking: During lunch and dinner rush the parking lot can be full but there is plenty of parking next door at Walmart or Buffalo Wild Wings, which is easier to get in and out of. They do have handicap parking areas and wheelchair access as well.
Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A?! I have never had a negative experience here. The staff is always so happy and nice.I think Erlanger should start hiring people that have worked at Chick-fil-A and maybe the patient care would improve.
I was so humiliated in front of everybody!! So my truck wouldn’t crank, phone was dead so I ask to use phone and was told not allowed so I said would one of yall workers call for me so I can tell my husband where I am bc I was supposed to be headed to him for us to eat lunch but instead the couple people in charge talked to me like a poc and kept saying “idc what’s going on or happened, im busy and your not using our phone and we’re not calling for you, I guess your husband will think something just happened to you, huh” so at that point I walked back outside to the truck mortified, embarrassed just really upset bc this is our favorite place to eat. God was in control though…A little older man pulled in right beside me and said something compelled him to pull in and there I was, i just needed boosted off?
Can't believe it but the get but order wrong ever time. At 1st I was like oh well mistakes happen but then it was every time after. 3 times enough for me. Also their chicken tastes funny. Thought that was weird cause it's usually really good. (Not from here, just cfa in general is usually really good)

The heavy for life redhead that works in the front is very rude. Each time I’ve dined in, I have overheard her being rude and snarky to her coworkers. The final straw is when she pointed out and laughed at my cousin with Down syndrome. I immediately asked to speak to a manager and she said she was. I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and she just walked away from me.Unfortunately the upper management here is dismissive of this behavior. They ignored and dismissed my concerns. The city of Hixson deserves to know how this place is run.

This place is a disgrace. Especially a specific manager there named Maddie, who is the definition of an insecure adult bully who hates that’s she’s in her 20s and still works at chick fila, so makes it a goal to tear down all the younger employees to make herself feel like she has some type of purpose. She needs to be permanently fired and removed from Chick-fil-A and put on a do not re hire list. I bet If this woman was removed from the company, this specific location could have some potential. I understand having insecurities, especially working at a fast food chain at such an old age like her, but she is damaging. Corporate will be hearing about her as well.
