Oh. My. Goodness. I have had several favorite Mexican restaurants in the Chattanooga area, from La Bamba to El Fogon...but there's very little chance that any place would displace my newest and "bestest" favorite, Spanglish (previously Las Morelianas). Ate here last night for the first time and it is now mine and my family's new favorite Mexican restaurant. The restaurant decor and led lights are super cool. The staff was really friendly and service was excellent. The cheese dip and salsa were the best out of any Mexican restaurant around. I had the hawian fajitas and it was absolutely delicious! Came in for a late Tuesday lunch--terrific decor and several different style seating options. Friendly staff, offered several good recommendations when asked. Nice variety on the menu--we chose the first recs of Birria tacos and Barbacoa flautas to share. Delicious! Look forward to our next meal here.
