“The employee Bob at the Smoothie King in Hixson, TN definitely deserves a large appreciation/raise for his customer service. This was mt first time I have been to Smoothie King so of course I was confused. He took his time to explain all of my options with what I was looking for. He even had me park in the front of the building so he could provide me samples so I could get the perfect smoothie for myself! He also kindly went inside without saying anything and made my son a smoothie. This was the best experience I have ever had as far as customer service! I recommend 1000/10”

“Oh. My. Goodness. I have had several favorite Mexican restaurants in the Chattanooga area, from La Bamba to El Fogon...but there's very little chance that any place would displace my newest and "bestest" favorite, Spanglish (previously Las Morelianas). I went there yesterday with three friends, we all had completely different dishes, and we were all 100% completely satisfied. Although the tastes of each dish (we all had a bite of each other's) were all perfectly appreciated by all, the big kicker for me was that the manager came around, after my other three friends had been served their entrees, and explained that he was sorry that mine was delayed, but that it had come out of the kitchen on time, but he was not pleased with the way it looked, so he sent it back and had it remade. THAT is customer service, and THAT is what makes a restaurant a cut above the rest. I am sorry that I can't remember our lovely waitress's name, but her attention to our need (including refilling our drinks before we even asked) was top notch. I can't say enough good things about this place; everything was not only a cut above the rest, it was all simply perfection, and all four of us agreed on that. Eat Here! You won't ever regret it.”

“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!”

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload”

The food arrived promptly, and although the queso was a bit runnier than we prefer, it still tasted okay. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl and chicken quesadilla salad were both tasty, and the triple chocolate melt was a delightful dessert. Just a friendly tip for servers: if you smoke, please make sure not to smell like it when serving customers.”

“First time stopping in on my way to Chester Frost. My whole family loved their meals. The only thing that I didn't particularly love was the okra tasting like it has sugar in the breading. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, just wasn't expecting it and personally love it fried in a traditional batter. The girls up front at register were very polite and beamed with a positiveness about them that you don't find often. They had on Christian themed shirts and radiated something Christ-like in their presence. Nice to see young folks like that. Service went smoothly and quickly. Everyone ate everything off their plates. Even had to order coconut cake to go. Haven't found a coconut cake so similar to how my aunt always makes one and it was a nice treat. Will be back when I am in the area.”
