I have never heard of a Starbucks before, but I decided to try one seeing it on the roadside as I walked. I was greeted by it outrageous friendliness that almost struck me as animosity. Please stop push, pushing your croissants down my throat.
Anyway, this establishment seems to be one of middling value, and I can’t see them franchising or expanding any further . Too bad some concepts have it and some just don’t

This was the perfect start to our morning. Our barista, Olivia, was so sweet and excited to be there. She smiled and conversed so kindly with us and was so informative about the new drink I wanted to try. One of the best Starbucks visits we have had.
Every morning I order the same drink via app. 98% of the time my drink is made wrong. It’s always made with their regular espresso not the blonde that’s clearly written on the tag. You clearly went as far down the list to know how many syrup pumps and blonde is right above that. So I’m not sure why this is such an issue here. I only have this issue at this location. I’ve ordered at others with no problem. I hesitate on writing a review because I hate complaining. However...read full review

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very friendly staff who make customers feel welcome. One barista named Olivia was sweet and excited to be there, smiling and conversing kindly. Another employee named Jay showed great kindness by going through boxes in the back to look for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup, even recommending other locations. The store manager Jay and all the baristas know your name, crack jokes, and remember what you want ahead of time. The service is great, the restrooms are clean, and it is a quiet place for computer work. However, there is an ongoing issue with drink orders. One customer’s drink is always made wrong, with regular espresso instead of the blonde espresso that is clearly written on the tag. This problem only happens at this location. Despite this, the coffee is loved, and the team makes customers want to keep coming back.
