Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very friendly staff who make customers feel welcome. One barista named Olivia was sweet and excited to be there, smiling and conversing kindly. Another employee named Jay showed great kindness by going through boxes in the back to look for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup, even recommending other locations. The store manager Jay and all the baristas know your name, crack jokes, and remember what you want ahead of time. The service is great, the restrooms are clean, and it is a quiet place for computer work. However, there is an ongoing issue with drink orders. One customer’s drink is always made wrong, with regular espresso instead of the blonde espresso that is clearly written on the tag. This problem only happens at this location. Despite this, the coffee is loved, and the team makes customers want to keep coming back.
