“Ordered a 16 oz matcha, was given a 12 oz. I asked about it and they read back my order which was for a 12 oz. I felt like an “oops I do remember you ordering a 16 oz” would have smoothed things over from a customer service standpoint. I know mistakes happen but my friend confirmed that I did say 16 oz. Not a huge deal since it was about a 6/10 on taste, however, my son’s 8 oz of steamed milk cost nearly $5 because it’s rung up as a hot chocolate. A little frustrating to pay for chocolate we didn’t get. Most other coffee shops have a cheaper price for steamed milk and we’ve been to almost all of them.“

“We were in town celebrating my 50th birthday and were feeling a bit thirsty and stumbled into this place. As we were getting the low down from Ashley, we realized....wait! This is little buzz in a drink! Boom! The day suddenly was AMAZING! Ashley was super awesome explaining everything including dosing amounts and drink flavors. Day one we settle in with some cold strawberry lemonades and absolutely had ourselves a dose! What an amazing afternoon we ended up having! Sat by the river and enjoyed every second 😆🙃
Day two we were heading home and slide back through for a delicious coffee to enhance our drive home.
Highly recommend this awesome place! Also sit and enjoy your drink there and then hit the bathroom. What a trip😂

“Simply delicious, especially considering I had a healthy option, namely the Protein Scramble. They were nice enough to accommodate my request for 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites in the scramble. The addition of the goat cheese is not one I would have thought of, but a welcome addition nonetheless. Added bonus is that the coffee here is more than decent.“

“The best smoothie and juice by a long shot. Blows the local out of the water. I’ll come here at least once a month if not more to get a smoothie and do some work. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only thing is the music can be a little loud at times. But I get it you gotta do what you can to cover up the sound of blenders. “This place is a hidden gem! I’ve passed it by a few times and finally decided to give them a shot today, and I have to say the coffee is impressive, from the taste to the tasteful latte art on top. I was also surprised to learn that they also serve cocktails and beer. The warehouse vibe is really cool and they share the space with vendors as well as sell their own merchandise that fits with the outdoors and scenic city vibes of Chattanooga. Highly recommend stopping by for a cup of coffee or, better yet, a real Espresso Martini with freshly pulled espresso! That’s my plan for next time, anyway.“

“I have been coming here since I was a child. this place has gone waaaaay downhill. It's absolutely disgusting. Staff is rude, floors are dirty, tables are sticky, and the drinks take forever. We waited 20 minutes to place our order and an additional 20 to get our iced coffee. We didn't even order food. Waffle House would have been better than here.“

“My Wife and I Just had Twins 2 days ago and I was sent on a coffee run. Me not being the coffee expert I ordered the wrong thing and realized it at the window. “This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.“

I had the everything bagel with turkey, spinach, pesto, and tomatoes (yes i took a bite before taking the picture) with their spring coffee option of lavender and coconut latte. Wife had the tofu bowl that was amazing with a turmeric and ginger latte. As a person who doesnt prefer tofu, it was very good. The avocado and peppers added the flavor tofu sometimes might lack. “Done with speedway after 25 faithfull years. I always looked the other way on the fuel prices being a few cents higher for the convenience and reward system but now that they have made it so that you cannot refill a gas card after 7:00 p.m. and you cannot use a gas card to pay at the pump there's absolutely no reason to continue paying extra prices on gas and merchandise. I knew when they were purchased by 7-Eleven that it would go downhill fast and it has I buy $500 gas cards per week to fuel up at pump multiple vehicles and work nights I can no longer refill my cards and my family cannot use the card to pay at the pump avoiding risking being skimmed with a credit card at the pump. they say it's because of fraud on gift cards but if an employee is not behind the fraud then how is their fraud how is refilling a gift card before 7:00 any less fraudulent then after 7:00 how is me coming in to pay with my kid card any more of a chance of being fraudulent than not an employee cannot tell if it was fraudulently filled inside anymore than they can outside goodbye Speedway“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

“Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. I truly hope this reaches someone who can appreciate their amazing efforts and thank them for being there as well as praise them. Thanks for a great morning experience!“

“I had a fantastic time! Marco was extremely fast and helpful. The environment was very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I can not stress enough how great the service was from both Marco and Erin! They both had a great personality and made me happy to purchase a drink here.“

“We spent quite a lot of time here in the mornings and/or early afternoon while our children did some homework - before embarking on the day’s activities. The staff, all of them, and especially Lindsay, were super welcoming and patient! They took time to listen to our kids (who wanted to order themselves and were always asking for knives/spoons/etc for their food), were super kind, and FAST! No matter how busy the place got, and no matter how busy the drive through was, they still managed to multitask spectacularly and give us their attention.

The place is clean, tidy, and the bathrooms are kept up to very clean standards. There’s plenty of seating areas of various kinds (couches, tables, outdoor seating) and everything is kept clean.

Quite notably, when you walk in, the staff say “Welcome in!” That always put a smile on our faces and made us feel extra welcome.

Of course, the coffee was always made to the highest standard and all modification requests were followed! We will miss our regular coffee spot while we’re away and hope to come back soon as it has the coffee we love and the feel of a local cozy coffee shop!“

“Had a really good experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company. The food was honestly the highlight everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly how you want comfort food to hit. Biscuits were soft and buttery, and the portions were solid. Kenneth helped us out and was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth without being over the top. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.“
