“Great burgers. They are a little smaller than you expect so my husband gets a double when we go. The burgers, fries, and Jack's sauce are delicious. I also recommend getting the cheese sauce to dip your fries in. It is a smaller location so you could have a little wait time to get in-it is worth it!“

“Mary’s plate lunches are the best! No cans in her kitchen. Homemade desserts are delicious. And the grill is manned by Christopher and they will melt in your mouth YUMBO! The staff is attentive to your needs and they love the customers. No wonder they have been and stayed in business since 1918. Family owned and now run by the 4th generation. I’ve even seen the 5th and 6th generation helping when they are “in the weeds”. You owe it to yourself to eat there.“

“This is local. This is delicious. This is worth every dime. This is voted number one burger in Chattanooga for a reason, because it is just that good. Totally worth the drive. You must try the fried pickles ?, they come as spears. These were hands down the best fried pickles we have ever had. The hot dog was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char on it. Forget cranking up the grill and standing out there sweating , go to Merv's and let them make you some food that tastes way better than you or your neighbor can try to make. You will walk out to your car ? with a full tummy and very happy taste buds.“

“Walked here after the aquarium. And I am a burger fiend. I was excited to try the 96 Burger with truffle tots. SO glad I didn’t top it off with a milkshake. I can EAT, but this was SO RICH I couldn’t finish my tot. Holy truffle. If it’s possible to have TOO much truffle, they found it. Still on the fence. It was sitting in a pool of… butter…? Truffle oil? Undecided.

Very good, just very rich.

They asked how k wanted it cooked, so I expected it medium rare not well done. Still good but k was expecting what I asked for“

“Food was soooo good. We went twice on our visit to Chattanooga because it was just a block away from where we were staying. We got it once for delivery (dinner) and once for dine-in (brunch), and we were super impressed by the flavors, variety of options, and service. I absolutely loved the beef hash that they had for brunch! We also brought our 7 month old, and they were very accommodating. Def recommend!“

“Very friendly atmosphere and staff. The food was better than expected. I especially recommend the dirty fries. The resturaunt itself was very clean as well. The bathrooms too some of the cleanest I've ever seen. Definitely coming here again.

“I have never dined on a boat and after watching the titillating 1997 romantic adventure film starring Dana, Shelly, Jaylin, and Hope I just knew I had to make this fantasy a reality! I approached the dining facility trepidatiously as I have a terrible phobia of krakens and was greeted with the bawdy atmosphere of a riverboat cruise. My phobias were allayed as the elevator opened to a full bar manned by those same starlets I had espied earlier!

“Okay went through the drive through on August 24th at 3:30. Absolutely the most precious lady working the window!!!!!!! All people in the service business could take a lesson from this woman. She was just so dang nice. Thank you for being a wonderful person and employee !!!“

But service is top notch!
I went there for lunch after a physical therapy session (torn ACL), I’m slow going right now, using crutches.
One of the workers came to assist with opening the door and to make sure I could get up the sidewalk ok.
On our way out, same thing happened, but with a different staff member. As I am taking a breather in the car, I notice they rushed to help an elderly lady who was struggling to get over the sidewalk, walking with a cane. They are a great family atmosphere with quality food. This location is by far my favorite five guys I’ve been to, just because of the hospitality alone.“

“From the time we got in line to getting our food, the experience was pleasant. Although there were several cars ahead of us, the wait wasn’t as long as I’d expected it to be. The lady that took our order was precise and made sure it was correct. When we got to the window, the young lady greeted us, took our payment, gave us our order, and thanked us for coming. Overall, the whole visit lasted about 10 mins, which I was very pleased with. Our food was hot and just the way we’d ordered it.“

“Have always loved this chain and was super happy discovering this location when we first moved to the area. They constantly have new stuff to try seasonally, from the food to the drinks. Speaking of drinks, this is the only restaurant I’ve found in Chattanooga that always has my favorite IPA on draft - New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze.

Delicious food, good service, fun artwork (like the one I included here), and a chill atmosphere perfect for a date or bringing your whole family. Highly recommended!“

“Party Bites was the best choice for my wedding!! They created a custom taco bar for us according to what we wanted!! We had chosen them after hearing one recommendation and hadn’t even tasted the food before and my husband and I, along with every guest we had, agree the food was delicious!!! During our reception Antonio (the owner and chef) himself came up to us and was making sure we were taken care of (including bringing my husband and I full plates of chips of queso)!! Their staff was very friendly and made our reception top tier! I highly recommend Party Bites for any catering need you’ll have, they were the best!“

“My first time getting lunch here. I had a small garden salad (which really wasn’t all that small), and their Submarine sandwich. I was very pleased with both. The salad had really big chunks of tomato, a good sampling of red onions, and tasty fresh cucumbers. The sub was nicely prepared with thick slices of tomato, the proper amount of typical submarine meats, American cheese, lettuce, a smattering of onions, along with their special dressing. I couldn’t finish it all so dinner will be meal No. 2. That’s a great value to me. Try them out. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! ??“

“One of my favorite Hardee's to visit for over 20 years. We took the grandkids there today. The kids are picky eaters so we were surprised they ate everything they ordered. They really enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries. The lady at the drive through was very good at customer service and interacted well with our five year old.“
