“We visited the area for the first time since this gem opened. We had such an enjoyable experience and meal at the chef’s counter Friday night that we sat there again for Sunday brunch. We really enjoyed the staff and how committed and excited they are to put really great food out of the kitchen. We will definitely come back when we visit the area!“

Food favorites: hearth roasted oysters, focaccia, chilled soups, easy's salad, gramigna, and steak fries (extra tallow mayo!). I am always excited to mix in something special and new too! “My son and daughter in law and I ate at Hello Monty last night. The atmosphere was very nice and the host was great. Our waitress was outstanding. She took care of us the whole time we were there. The food was excellent. We had fish, rip eye and salmon. The rib eye and mashed potatoes was excellent vi would highly recommend eating here“

“A brunch all day restaurant is the perfect addition to the southside. I walk here, but there is a nice free parking lot adjacent. The bagels are the real deal, the tots are delicious, great options for everyone. I have loved everything I’ve tried. So far, my favorites: the French toast, the avocado toast with egg, and I love their thin crust pizza. Drinks, coffee drinks, great service - all the things that make me happy!“

“We stumbled upon this place tonight in search of a good meal. We ordered and had it delivered and the food was absolutely wonderful. The pimento cheese patty melt was very tasteful and had such amazing flavors and I got the onion rings as my side and literally some of the absolute best we have ever had! My wife got the best buffalo chicken sandwich she had had in a while with fries and a side of Mac & cheese and the fries were great but that tavern Mac n cheese is special. The peanut butter pie and beignets… this place hit every course and there wasn’t a bad bite the whole meal! Can’t wait to dine in and try some more of their delicious food“

“We had an out of the blue date night last night. My mom came over and we asked to go to dinner with no idea where to go. We decided to give Lakshore Grille a try and WOWWWWW. We were so happy with our decision to come there. We will be back over and over again. The food was some of the best we have had and the entire service staff was so friendly. “Holy crap. We only came to Chattanooga for my daughter's graduation and stopped here for lunch because it was near the venue, but this place... BEST BURGERS I've ever eaten! The staff were all super friendly and they even made a delayed to-go order so I could take a fresh lunch back to my kiddo when she got out of her practice. The aesthetic of the place was wonderful and people from all walks of life gathered there as if they, too, knew about the magic in the food. 12/10 will absolutely come back on my next visit to Chattanooga.“

It's brightened the downtown scene for the past 40+ years...that's difficult to achieve in the Chattanooga market where the majority of new businesses are unsuccessful which causes them to shut their doors within their first 2 years of operation. CBC has powered through all the diversity to create a unique atmosphere which invites everyone to enjoy quality dinning while playing some pool or throwing darts. It also houses an array of fine cigars to smoke following your meal. It has 2 full service bars which allows you to choose which environment you prefer, downstairs has sports bar feel while upstairs has 12 pool tables with an on-demand jukebox to blast your favorite music. You need to check it out sometime“

“I’ve only been into this establishment twice and although I was irritated because I was unable to place a call in order so that I could walk in and grab my order, pay and then walk out, I understood that the server was by herself both times.

She completely made up for it all because she was a very kind and professional lady and I was not only impressed with her work ethic but also equally impressed at the fact that although she was overwhelmed she pushed through it all and was a server and a cook that made things happen for the customers.

This woman deserves not only a raise but also some sort of recognition from the company because it isn’t her fault that nobody wants to come to work.

Keep up the good work whatever your name is. I will be back just to see her in action again because she completely knocked it out of the ball park both times that I’ve been into this establishment.“

“We celebrated my daughter's birthday at J.Alexander's near Hamilton Place Mall, and I have to say their carrot cake is one of the best I've ever had—rich, creamy, and a must-try for any dessert lover. The menu also offers a great variety of options for vegetarians, and the other dishes we tried were pretty good as well. It’s a fantastic spot for special occasions or just a sweet treat!“

“Have always loved this chain and was super happy discovering this location when we first moved to the area. They constantly have new stuff to try seasonally, from the food to the drinks. Speaking of drinks, this is the only restaurant I’ve found in Chattanooga that always has my favorite IPA on draft - New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze.

I also recommend getting the cheese sauce to dip your fries in. It is a smaller location so you could have a little wait time to get in-it is worth it!“

“My daughter and I were visiting from Florida, she googled for restaurants near us and 1885 Grill was suggested. Menu looked great and the prices are very reasonable, so we went! We had Michael as our server and he was beyond amazing!! So personable and professional. The fried green tomatoes were top notch!! My daughter enjoyed the burger. We liked it so much we went back there next day. My only regret was we weren’t in town longer!! Please ask for Michael, you won’t regret it!! Please let him know we hope he enjoyed Ruby Falls.“
