Cracker Barrel Reviews
Cracker Barrel is our go to restaurant for breakfast out. if we are out and about around hamilton place, it is also our pick for lunch. Great food and service. Always something to shop for in the store as well.
Wonderful atmosphere and service no matter where you are! Their half chicken meal is DA BOMB!! The Chattanooga store was SOO friendly! But... they're on the Ga border and had NOO Ga merchandise!😓
Love the food and atmosphere. It’s like coming home to grandma‘s house and having a big hug. However, I hate the changes in the newly remodeled restaurants I have been in also, the side/vegetable portions have become so small they often look more like a child’s portion, leaving me having to order more or add on a child’s plate of vegetables. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers a mix of good food and great service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. Customers have enjoyed their meals, especially the fried chicken tenders, although there have been some minor issues with the temperature of certain dishes, such as pinto beans and broccoli. The hashbrown casserole has also been noted as overcooked. Many diners appreciate the friendly smiles from the staff, who are quick to take orders and ensure that the experience is pleasant.
However, some have expressed concerns about the newly remodeled restaurants, noting that the side and vegetable portions have become smaller, resembling child-sized servings, which may require additional orders. Cleanliness in the bathrooms has also been mentioned as an area needing attention. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy their visits, with one highlighting a well-seasoned rice dish that, unfortunately, was not hot enough. Overall, the exceptional service and delicious meals, whether for breakfast or lunch, continue to contribute to a generally enjoyable dining experience at this location near Exit 5 off I-75.
