The waitress’ kept on top of our drinks and still stayed on top of the other tables! That place has come along way and seems to be thriving! The past few times we have been in there have been great and have had no issues!! Shari and her staff are doing a great job there and I hope it stays that way and continues to thrive!!“

Aubrey’s restaurants is a popular East Tennessee chain that was founded in 1992 by a University of Tennessee graduate in West Knoxville. It started as a single neighborhood restaurant and has grown steadily. According to its website, and certainly from what I saw, it seems to focus on fresh, comforting American food and friendly service. Today there are about 14 locations across East Tennessee. We visited the Hixson location for a large family gathering. There is plenty of parking available, which made it easy for our group. It is a stand-alone brick building. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. There are a lot of seating options for different size parties and both inside and out. The staff was pleasant and our waitress was awesome. She handled our large party very well and was very attentive. They also did a wonderful job accommodating our mobility-impaired family members. I got a burger and fries along with an iced tea. The food came out quickly. It was hot and delicious. Everything about the meal was good. Overall it was a great experience for our family gathering. I definitely recommend Aubrey’s in Hixson to other travelers or families in the Chattanooga area looking for good food and friendly service.“

“This is a very nice place to go and shoot darts or pool with excellent food.

The only reason that I gave it a 4 out of 5 was I had some slight issues with my service dog.

Steph was grossly under trained with the actual Ada law. With one employee denying access because the dog was not wearing a vest. The manager then I stated that the dog cannot come in because I did not have paperwork.

I did however go and print out the Ada law which clearly stated that these both points were incorrect. I also left a copy of the law so that they could have that to reference for future use.

This falls back primarily I would say on ownership and management for not giving proper training concerning the law and service animals.

That being said once they did get the law they did read through it and we're very good about being understanding I've been there since with absolutely no issues whatsoever.

As far as a place to play pool or darts in Chattanooga this is the place to go.“

“First off, the deep dish pizza is awesome and is good every time. We came in with our daughter who is autistic and she only eats pretzels. Well, they were out of pretzels and the world was ending. We had Monica as our waitress and she took pizza dough and MADE us pretzels!! She is the BEST! Thank you so much for being awesome!!“

“We don't get up here very often, but wow what a great deal. We got the family meal and it was so much that our family of 6 ate on it twice. Great chicken fingers that even my picky eaters were happy. Dinning area is a little dated, but service and price make this a must if you are up in the mountain.“

The food arrived promptly, and although the queso was a bit runnier than we prefer, it still tasted okay. The Tex-Mex shrimp bowl and chicken quesadilla salad were both tasty, and the triple chocolate melt was a delightful dessert. Just a friendly tip for servers: if you smoke, please make sure not to smell like it when serving customers.“

“We came to this Buffalo Wild Wings for what we thought would be a lite lunch for my birthday since I had 6 free wings for my birthday on the app. My husband ordered the Buy one, Get one Wings and we got the bottomless appetizer (at the suggestion of Breezy). It was only about $3 more than an order of onion rings. I got the spicy garlic wings. My husband got dry rub (chipotle, buffalo and lemon pepper). The only one we didn't care for was the lemon pepper. The bottomless appetizer was great. Other restaurants give you small portions each time you ask for another, but the portions we got here were great. The fried pickles had more pickle flavor than those I have tried at other places. The food was great, but my favorite part of the visit was our server BREEZY. She made us feel like she loves her job. She had just the right amount of happy energy. She was at our table just enough (not too much, not too little). We never had to look for her to ask for anything. In fact she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. She was awesome. I hope she is our server the next time we come because I have a feeling other servers might not measure up to her awesomeness.“
