“My spouse picked up 1# pulled pork and a small slaw. Well packaged, reasonably priced and excellent in quality. Our second experience with you (we live 5 minutes from Shuford’s) and yours is a cut above. Nothing wrong with Shuford’s, it is fine, but both our experiences with you have been a cut above. We will make a point to drive the extra ten minutes to you going forward.
As a thirty year veteran of the restaurant industry, I was curious to see what others had to say, which is overwhelmingly positive. I wasn’t surprised. What did surprise me was the frequency with which you respond to these comments. Many wouldn’t notice. In my opinion, there is no better indicator of your commitment to your guest’s experience than your dedication in tracking these key indicators. Impressive. Well done. “I have to say that this morning was the busiest I have seen it when we have been there! The cook did amazing on the food, it was hot when we got ours. The waitress’ kept on top of our drinks and still stayed on top of the other tables! That place has come along way and seems to be thriving! The past few times we have been in there have been great and have had no issues!! Shari and her staff are doing a great job there and I hope it stays that way and continues to thrive!!”

“Haven't been their in years but the two times I did eat here was great delicious food,called in today for the first time in a while to order two rib plates and the person said we had to order an hour before closing my question is well why doint they have that on their web site and what's the difference between a to go order and me waiting on my food while dining in she told me they were only serving people dining in it wouldn't have cost nothing to go head a fix the order out of courtesy for those who didn't know the cut off to go order time very disappointing because we were on our way there.”

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!”

“We3 generation’s that LOVE IT and my sister nephew always get Kay’s when they are home. I think it in the top two reasons why our home is amazing, winter spring summer or fall we’ve all got Kays.”

“The food was very good. The lady that took our order was great. Only negative thing I have to say about this place is that they didn't have bologna that day and I really wanted to try it. Maybe next time though :-)”

“Went in today to get 3 foot longs, and the parking lot was full. So I knew I was going to be in there for a while. But nope, those three young ladies working were on top of it. Not only filling walk in orders but on line orders as well. They had me in and out in 10 minutes top, and that was with 4 other people in front of me. The way they just worked together and around each other was effortless. They all three are something to brag about. And im doing just that. Good job girls, keep up the good work! And thank you so much and making me and my families dinner perfect.”

“Update: We went in again for dinner and the food was awesome again. I highly recommend checking them out.
We stopped in to try a little Chinese food. This has to be the best place around the area. The Pork fried rice is over the top good. The Pork and fresh Mushrooms were awesome. The Beef with Broccoli was soo good that I couldn't stop shoveling it in.
The fresh vegetables and perfect seasoning of everything were very enjoyable.
We are looking forward to stopping back and trying other things on the menu.”
