“OMG! Discovered this place and I’m so glad I did!!! Latte was so delicious! Found some used books and 2 pre-wrapped with a brief description…so they are a mystery. That will be fun to open!!! There is an area for gatherings to work on projects - what a cool place!!“

“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!“

Wouldn’t you know it as soon as they handed me my venti pink drink I dropped it all over me and my car- the staff was so helpful provided napkins, remade my drink, AND gave me a gift card for my next visit saying it on them. They did not have to do anything but I really appreciated it and turned a bad experience around. This Starbucks continues to be my favorite in Chattanooga and today solidified it.“
