“Tonight after a long day I decto treat myself to dinner. Ordered a big Mac with no pickles and medium fries. Also ordered cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes for other family members. Waited 19 minutes for the food to come out. Get home (5 minute drive) our food is not only cold but my Big Mac had cheese and sauce on it. Nothing else and the roll is burnt... this was a Last chance for this location“
“Every time I’ve been the same lady has helped me and every time she’s super sweet. I just went through and she gave me an extra donut for free! I’ve been having a rough day but that really cheered me up. Small acts of kindness add up<3“
“They have the fastest barista in the south! I know this from personal experience, after having witnessed it firsthand this evening. There’s making espresso drinks fast, and then there’s making espresso drinks fast that taste phenomenal. The gentleman at the window was hands down the latter, and I was also impressed with his cleanliness. Coming from GA, I pass over a dozen coffee shops just to get to this special gem- thanks for finally coming to the south!!“

I love the hot lemonade; believe it or not, they are delicious.My daughter ordered for me once, and now whenever I need a drink, that's what I go for. I don't drink coffee. Yet I will go there just because I can get a hot lemonade.I did not rate food simply because I never bought food from them and do not know if they have food.“
“On my daily commute of dropping the kids off at school, I’ve noticed and been meaning to stop by Cuppa Joes and see what they are about. As a noob to the area I would much rather shop local than the franchise coffee. In conversation with some neighbors, one mentioned Cuppa Joes, specifically their lattes. I love me a good chai tea latte and was given a window in my morning where I can stop off I stopped off to try one. I am so glad I did, their CTL is one of the best I’ve had! Not only that, but their barista who served me was friendly and very welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, and next time, I’ll be having a pastry too.“
“Had a great experience here! Kristina was my barista and she did a fantastic job! The atmosphere was very pleasant with a nice fire pit outside and plenty of comfortable seating options. Also loved the selection of beans and drink syrups for purchase. Got the chicken salad sandwich and the flavors were very well balanced, not too sweet like some chicken salads in town. The pasta salad was also very good, again very well balanced, didn't go overboard with the vinegar. Highly recommend, definitely coming back soon!Parking: Lots of parking around the building, all of them close by. No long trek's from a shared parking lot with a grocery store or anything.Kid-friendliness: Great little outdoor space with room for kids to be loud and get some wiggles out and a firepit to keep their attention.“
“I’m still in awe of what an amazing experience my first visit was! I’ve been exploring a new coffee shop in Chattanooga every week and at my 16th stop, I’ve found a favorite!!A parking lot makes all the difference on a day I don’t want to worry about parking tickets. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a serene and peaceful feeling. Upon walking to the counter, I was warmly greeted and when I asked what was a common favorite drink I was not only shown what was popular, but what each of the baristas favorites AND told the awesome story behind their tea suppliers. Patty and Ace were both so attentive and in no way made me feel like a new costumer. I walked around and took pictures of the space as I waited on my drink and loved it when Ace made another suggestion for my tea then carefully added sweetner to my tea and walked my cookie over to my table.I sat down in silence, not even daring to open my work laptop afraid of interrupting the absolute bliss of a peaceful morning. I did end up on my phone raving to a friend about my official favorite coffee shop. This was before talking to Patty some more and learning the space was part of the Mission church and their focus is community. Encouraging people to engage off their phones and slow down.Needless to say, I’m excited to make this spot a common go-to. I pray everyone who stops by experiences the same wholesome, refreshing, and calming effect I had.“
“Every time I go I always get good service, good coffee and even when they are slammed I still get phenomenal service. 10/10. I am a regular and EVERY staff member is always bright perfect. Prices aren't bad at all for the quality you get! “The coffee was really good we hot 2 salted carmel lattes, THEY WERE HALF OFF ON TUESDAY! So very reasonable pricing in general. The blonde haired gentleman who took our order was very nice, we appreciated him and the woman training him, they were both professional and customer oriented. They left a great impression with my husband and I. We will back if we're in the area again. Thank you coffee community.“
