“Didn’t check my bag before leaving the drive through this morning and they had left out my steak bagel. Called and spoke to a guy whose name I believe started with a T. Super kind and took the time to find my order and verify things said I could come back now or later. When I came back he had upgraded it to a meal! The woman taking orders is always super sweet, too. Thank you!“

“OMG! Discovered this place and I’m so glad I did!!! Latte was so delicious! Found some used books and 2 pre-wrapped with a brief description…so they are a mystery. That will be fun to open!!! There is an area for gatherings to work on projects - what a cool place!!“

“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!“

“I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol).
Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check.

“I've been to this Starbucks location before, and I've had positive experiences, but this last one was the best. Eden, the barista working this evening, was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Eden even went out of their way to give me a sample based off my questions. I've been traveling the last couple days and felt like I needed caffeine and ended up getting the best pick-me-up!“

“I’ve never felt really compelled to write a review before. This morning I decided to stop by before a huge school presentation. Wouldn’t you know it as soon as they handed me my venti pink drink I dropped it all over me and my car- the staff was so helpful provided napkins, remade my drink, AND gave me a gift card for my next visit saying it on them. They did not have to do anything but I really appreciated it and turned a bad experience around. This Starbucks continues to be my favorite in Chattanooga and today solidified it.“
