“all of the foh crew working this morning were extremely friendly and helpful :) i ordered four coffees and four baked goods and they were super quick getting everything out! the seasonal lattes i tried were amazing. however i do feel like i have to comment on one of the items in particular. the blueberry muffin. i swear heavenly light came down from above and manifested itself into this pastry. (photo evidence attached). whoever is up in that kitchen making these baked goods, you deserve everything life has to offer you. i love you.“

“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!“

“We were in town celebrating my 50th birthday and were feeling a bit thirsty and stumbled into this place. As we were getting the low down from Ashley, we realized....wait! This is little buzz in a drink! Boom! The day suddenly was AMAZING! Ashley was super awesome explaining everything including dosing amounts and drink flavors. Day one we settle in with some cold strawberry lemonades and absolutely had ourselves a dose! What an amazing afternoon we ended up having! Sat by the river and enjoyed every second 😆🙃
Day two we were heading home and slide back through for a delicious coffee to enhance our drive home.

“I came in August 8th in need of a pick me up, both mentally physically. I left sufficiently caffeinated and with a smile on my face. All thanks to the baristas; A young woman with a nose ring and the best laugh I've ever heard and a young man wi/h braids who can carry on a sensible conversation with anyone about nearly anything! “This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.“

“I have been traveling to Chattanooga for work over the summer. Really enjoy when I get to hit be caffeinated. Some mornings I have to be at work before the breakfast at the hotel opens up. Yesterday for my afternoon coffee I grabbed some of the spinach egg bites with the intention of eating them for breakfast this morning. I've had lots of egg bites lots of different places and some are okay some are awful. But even reheated in the microwave this morning these things were delicious pillows of goodness to the point that I felt obligated to make a review. I wouldn't complain if you gave me access to the recipe so I could experience the magic when I'm not in town. I'm thankful to all the kind Baristas that I've run into. And your espresso is good and Rich and not too bitter like some other places I've experienced here in Chattanooga.“

“Provisions is the best coffee shop I've been to in chatt - their prices are so much better than the other places I've been, the staff is friendly and quick to serve, and the pastries are to die for. I personally love the raspberry pastries, but I have liked every one I've tried. Definitely recommend even if you aren't staying at the hotel“

“This is the best vegan restaurant where we have ever eaten! There is a great selection of food on the menu, and there is also a happy hour hot dog special. There are 6 different options and the price is $5 for one or $8 for two. We passed that up and got the deluxe club sandwich and the little steppenwolf. It was a massive amount of food for a very reasonable price. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We are from out of town, and if we had eaten here first, we likely would not have eaten anywhere else. It is an excellent place to eat!“

“Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. I truly hope this reaches someone who can appreciate their amazing efforts and thank them for being there as well as praise them. Thanks for a great morning experience!“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

“I've been to this Starbucks location before, and I've had positive experiences, but this last one was the best. Eden, the barista working this evening, was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Eden even went out of their way to give me a sample based off my questions. I've been traveling the last couple days and felt like I needed caffeine and ended up getting the best pick-me-up!“

“I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol).
Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check.

I've really noticed over the past 2 months that the vibe has become more welcoming, and the staff is unmatched in terms of friendliness, speed, and coffee-making competence. “For once I found a place where I don’t feel like an idiot while ordering thanks to the guy who took my order. These people are attentive and friendly, *not* like some places where you can tell that someone really doesn’t want to be there. Now, let me tell you about the scones; the blueberry scone tastes like a biscuit but in scone shape and is absolutely delicious. Also, the coffee here is amazing and not too bitter nor sweet. I ordered a hot latte with caramel and white chocolate as well the breakfast bagel, which uses an everything bagel. The everything bagel seasoning along with the bacon and scambled eggs in between it all were a nice combination.“
