I have been coming here since I was a child. this place has gone waaaaay downhill. It's absolutely disgusting. Staff is rude, floors are dirty, tables are sticky, and the drinks take forever. We waited 20 minutes to place our order and an additional 20 to get our iced coffee. We didn't even order food. Waffle House would have been better than here.
45 minutes for TOAST!! Ridiculous.
Would recommend, 10/10! I went there today for the first time and there was a customer behind me in line who was very rude to me for no reason. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay.
