“love Zabys one of my favorite but Soddy Daisy needs to clean dining area more. last time no tables clean we cleaned our own and the couple behind us had to clean a table before they ate also.coke machine usually has ice packed up with coke flavors spashed on the ice. was like this once before cleaned it and the last time back the same way. not one table was cleaned and nowhere to eat unless u cleaned it yourself. Love my Zazbys please take care of this not just now but always.“

I had the pleasure of coming through the drive thru tonight and I haven't been to Zaxbys in a very long time and tonight was the best I ordered a Zaxbys salad and it was just delicious fresh chicken and bread I and the people that worked tonight just made it even better I had the opportunity to meet Tasha and Mehki tonight and they were amazing Mehki took my order and made sure that I was taken care of and Tasha had made sure I got all the items I needed in my bag amazing team well done to whoever made my order as well, it was delicious I CANT WAIT TO CKME BACK AND BRING THE FAMILY !“

The pizza was good, as usual. Getting pizza here is never a hassle, and we have never had a bad experience with anything we have ordered.“

“This was our first visit to this location.
We were very impressed. There was no wait. We could seat ourselves. So we sat right in the middle of the area.
I ordered a peach margarita, and they didn't have any peach mix/syrup available but that was fine. I had a regular w/sugar rim on the rocks. It was one of the best margaritas I've had in quiet a while.
Not as big of a drink as I had hoped for but the quality made up for the lack of size.
We ordered cheese sticks, which were made fresh and came out perfect. We gobbled them down so no pics of them😆 just take my word! Perfection!

My husband had the 10 piece mild wings with celery and though they brought out carrots. He decided not to have those. So he chowed down on the celery & wings. He ordered fries w/them but didn't eat many at all. He ended up bringing some wings and his fries home.
Myself, I had the All American smash burger! I prefer 1 piece of meat but the 2 together wasn't bad at all! The taste was actually the BEST burger I have had since getting back to Chattanooga. The only thing I would change about it. Is the bun. The bun isn't big enough for the size of the patties and fillings. It also begins to fall apart towards the end of the burger. I ordered fries with it and they were cooked perfectly. Didn't need to add salt/pepper to either menu items. The pickles used on the burger were a perfect choice!! Garlic pickles maybe?
The restaurant was clean and bathrooms too.
The waitress was phenomenal. I wish we had gotten her name. She helped my husband with the app and we were able to get the cheese sticks free bc of his points. She kept our table clean and drinks filled. She kept a regular but not overbearing check on us. She was very sweet and we will look for her on our next visit.
The only thing we would have liked to be less of. Is the volume of the music that was being played. There weren't but maybe 10 people there having lunch. So really no need for the volume to be so loud. It was obnoxious at one point. But we were able to have a conversation and still hear our sweet waitress so we didn't complain. Which neither am I now. It would have just been better to have the music lower with so few people inside at the time.
All in all. We would give it a 10 if we could.
Who knew Bdubs had such an awesome smash burger!! Between my husband being a wing fanatic and myself with the smash burger. You can bet we will be back, often. Thanks Bdubs!!!“
