“I placed an order on the mobile app, and part of my order was cheese sticks with garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce. Almost every single time I’ve ordered this in the past I ended up with pizza sauce despite my specifying garlic, so I decided to call them just to reiterate my order (I’m sure it’s super easy to overlook so I wasn’t calling to complain, I just wanted it right this time). The guy who answered the phone was very friendly, my order was done super quickly, and they even gave me extra cheese and some extra garlic sauce for free. Great customer service and great food.“
“I bought this for myself & considered sharing with my sister! After 2 bacony breadsticks, my sis got onePiece of pep. Pizza & 2 breadsticks--- which was a sacrifice!!!Then I went right back inside & ordered a whole nother one. I took it to my Mechanic for his guys to share. They had just fixed ?? on my car for No Charge!!“
“After ordering on the "NEW" app and specifically selecting "Drive Thru" and waiting for 30 minutes to get to the order kiosk, I was told I had to go inside. After explaining I had 3 small children with me and ordered on the app to avoid just that, I was told there was no other option. I sent a bad review in and was contacted by the GM the next day. He said next meal was on him and gave me his cell number. Only to be ghosted by him 2 weeks later. I left a message due to him not answering, no return phone call or anything but crickets from him. Go to KFC, they still value their customers.I was contacted by Management again. They have made good on the whole ordeal. Plus, Zaxby's chicken really is better than KFC's anyways!“

“Me and my husband ordered some wings over the phone and the call center that took the order messed it up we wanted 16 wings, 12 garlic Parmesan, and 4 lemon pepper (for me currently pregnant and craving it) and the call center put the order in all garlic Parmesan but Pizza Hut went out of their way to fix the problem and provide the correct order and were all very polite about it all. This pregnant girl is very happy with my correct order of wings thank you Pizza Hut!“
