“The cashier was nice and very helpful. I requested a bowl, which I couldn't find on the menu, and he said that they no longer offer the bowls on the menu but they can still make them by ringing the ingredients up separately. He volunteered to ring it up to let me know what the cost would be so I could make a decision on if I still wanted it. That's a small thing but something that a lot of people don't make the effort to do anymore. The food was good and the portion was great and filling. The restaurant was clean.“

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

“We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“

“I generally visit this Pizza Hut a few times every month. The store seems to be understaffed. They seem to be working under stress, trying to get orders out and trying to accommodate customers. Nonetheless, they are always very polite and very professional. They always put out a good product. And the area for the customers is clean and has very nice decorations...
On one of my recent visits, one of the customers was being way less than polite, but the manager was being super professional about it. It seems that the issue relates to the fact that the man called in and ordered, but the number does not go to the store, instead it goes to some type of central call location. 'The store did not receive the order. It may be helpful to addressed the communication issues that may be involved- nonetheless, the customer was way out of line.“
