“The atmosphere was very nice and very clean the lighting is beautiful the wait staff were dressed nice and very professional and friendly. We ordered and received our food fresh hot and quick. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality amount and taste of our meal. Our orders were Hawaiian Shrimp Fajitas enchiladas meal and a burrito meal everything was beautifully placed and you could tell the person cooking cared about the food he was serving. One of the most memorable and delicious meals I’ve had in a long time and I have had to go out frequently as of late.“

OG has gluten free pasta …
When placing her order, our server Austin- who was amazing- asked if the GF order was a “preference” or “allergy” …
As my wife is celiac and answered accordingly, extra precautions were taken.
First - Austin made sure to bring the salad with no croutons- he knew not to add them, we didn’t even realize to ask for it that way …
Second- Austin explained that the order was taking just a little longer as the GF pasta was being prepared
When her dish was brought to the table, Austin explained the extra precautions so to avoid any cross contamination
When we paid the bill, I saw on the screen that Austin typed in for the order- “Allergic Guest” about four times to alert the kitchen accordingly.
Olive Garden takes Gluten Free allergy seriously and we appreciate that very much.
It can be challenging for my wife to eat outside of the home because of her issue, Olive Garden in Cleveland takes this seriously and makes sure their guests are handled properly
Big kudos to Cleveland OG, Austin, kitchen staff and management.

“This Zaxbys is THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN TO, we were so happy when we left it’s been a long time since we went into a fast food place and the food was delicious and the young people working were so kind and courteous!

“Easy to reach location and a nice stop when travelling on the Interstate. Service was the normal, great CFA level service, but they could have used a bit of cleaning on the seats and tables. Parking lot access is good and there is a red light to make it easier to get back out and headed to I-75.“

“I believe the night-shift manager is named Marshall, and he was so helpful and kind! We placed an order but needed to make a last-minute change and he was accommodating and even helped me get a better deal on the pizzas. The food was great, but the service really stood out. Thank you!“

“I've always been so impressed with Chick-fil-A. Not today. A pet peeve of mine: Do not hand me a drink with soda dripping all over the outside of the cup. I refused to take it and asked the gentleman to please wipe the cup off. He did, with his hand, then handed it to me and wiped his hand on his pants as he turned his back to me to do something. Gross! We were asked Dine in or takeout? Dine in. We sat down at a table and waited for our order. Another gentleman paused at our table and said Billy? We said, yes. He dropped a bag with our food in front of us and asked if we'd like any ketchup or anything? Wow.“
