“I always enjoy eating here. The neat little place has friendly staff. We also pick up food to go. This food travels well as it does not need to be hot to enjoy. The cookies are great too. One of my favorite items, believe it or not, is the broccoli salad.“

“The best restaurant for fried chicken in Cleveland. Period. Nothing else compares to it. I drove to Champy's on MLK Blvd. in Chattanooga for years just to eat there with friends and clients. Now that they're in Cleveland I can eat more often and I do. This is the only restaurant I'll take out-of-town visitors knowing that the food is great, service is wonderful, and the place is clean. The price is more than fair. If only a good fried fish, shrimp, clams, and oyster place would open up in Cleveland, I'd never need to go to Chattanooga. Unfortunately, good fish places are missing and those claiming good seafood are third-rate and often pretentious. Go to Champy's between lunch and dinner for a relaxing time and great food. PS. Order their tamales as an appetizer. Better than the slap-dash Tex-Mex that abounds in Cleveland and without the regular Montezuma's Revenge that goes with it.“

“Oh my, what a nice little find this was, I had no idea it was as fantastic as it was, driven by many a times and decided to stop in, boy oh boy I have to go back and try some more options, they all look fabulous, this time we had a Plain Jane Chicken Sandwich for the little lady and I had the smash burger, both were very good, can’t wait to go back and try the blue plate chicken and dressing and the chicken and ice cream sandwich“
