“The food was perfect and the atmosphere was great (as always) and although I’ve NEVER had a “bad” employee experience, this particular visit was different. I was having a really bad day. I was overly rude to a girl outside in the drive through last night. She was visibly young and I just know I ruined her entire night. Her name was Jada or Jade or something to that nature. Nonetheless, she was so kind and never raised her voice back at me and still took my order as if I wasn’t acting like that. I’m hoping someone will read this and pass her the message that I apologize and to keep doing what she is doing because her act of grace left a lasting imprint on my heart and will serve as a constant reminder to choose kindness. Again, I’m sorry. I live in Atlanta and was busy passing through coming from Knoxville. But I pass through often and I will be back by to say I’m sorry and thank you so much to her.“
