Being from Charleston, SC I know the regulars for fast food but decided on Super Chix. What a treat--great service(with a smile), affordable prices, quality food and quantity that I left with the old hunger well fed. So to describe my level of satisfaction you would have to add a star. “This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“We have had wonderful experiences dining at Fai Thai Kitchen. Excellent customer service and delicious food every time. Everyone there is so kind. We have one vegetarian in our group and the vegan options are fantastic. Lovely interior and options for indoor and outdoor seating. This has become our favorite restaurant in Knoxville!“

“It was great, as always. The service wax a tiny bit slow, we waited for about 15ish minutes for what we ordered. But I'm not sure if that's the chick fil a's fault or if it's what we ordered. Either way, love chick fil a.“

“We did our order and we're told to stand by the sign as our shakes would be right out. 5 minutes later our food came out, but no shakes. A few minutes later they came out but that's crazy standing there all that time for $27 that covered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 shakes. Crazy expensive for fast food and slow on service.“

“After having a rough week, I first struggled using my app to pay. Then, I couldn't figure out how the drive thru, as this was my first time at this location. Everyone was so patient and kind. I was surprised with a sweet treat when I got my food.“

We looked up the hours and Google says 10pm. These wonderful people served us graciously when we showed up at 8:50 & they CLOSE AT 9:00! Please stop doing that to them when they have to re-start closing procedures. We profusely apologized and we felt bad for them. They were still great with their service!“

“Got here at noon and there were a ton of students but the staff was killing it… about a five minute wait. And everything was cooked perfectly and they added some extra sauces and ketchup. Good thing because the Gubhub kiosk crashed after telling us there were too many condiments on the order. Three blew its mind lol The staff must know this is an issue or something. Kudos!“

“This is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can. We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. My kids loved climbing up those triangle shelf-like things and sliding down the slide at the old playground here. We will still come back if we just want food but if we want to do a play date with friends we will have time go to Turkey Creek or Bearden where there are playgrounds. We have always had good experiences here with the staff and if they mess up our order you can reach out via fb and they usually send you a coupon. (That’s more than I can say for Lenoir City CFA we stopped at when on the way to go camping… there were multiple hairs in my wrap so I let them know online and they said to call so I called and they said they would send me a coupon and took my address and a year later still nothing. I just chalk it up to they don’t care and we won’t be back out there even if we are in the area.) Overall Kingston Overlook staff are polite, quick and have the delicious CFA quality food so we will continue to be regulars.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“

“Food was ok the chickens breader was over cooked and dark almost tasted burnt but when you got closer to the chicken the breader was like goop certain pieces of chicken were still slightly pink the fryer may be set too high or the oils old the biscuit was really soft buttery and savory mash potatoes were definitely mashed maybe not potatoes the lady working the Drivethru was very nice and patient

Parking: The parking surrounds the whole building making it a great place for family dinner“
