“Being originally from the Chicagoland area I had high hopes going in since it has been 4 years since I had Rosati’s pizza. First the good; it tasted just like I remembered it and had the proper amount of cheese to sauce ratio for both the thin and deep dish I ate. Now the bad; the crust is normally crispier and has larger edges. Also, they skimped on toppings. There was very little pepperoni and sausage on it. Overall it was good, but it does not measure up to the Plainfield, IL location as I remembered it. 7.5 out of 10.“
“My husband and I stopped here after searching for restaurants nearby on Google and seeing the 5 star rating lured me in. My husband isn’t crazy about trying new things so he wasn’t too excited about going but I really wanted to try it. Neither of us were disappointed. The staff were so friendly. They asked my husband if he would like to sample their juices. He did and ordered the tamarind juice. He loved it.We ordered the dish that had fries, half a chicken, sausage, pickled veggies on top and a house sauce. It was so flavorful! I love the house sauce. The chicken was so tender. “I've been here several times. First of all everyone here is so friendly. Service is usually pretty fast. The burgers are good I wouldn't say they are amazing but they do hit the spot if you're craving one. My favorite thing though is the fish sandwich. Stop by and give them a try.“
“1st time. Decent food, fast casual, my mom thought it was confusing to see self serve metal forks and plastic knives. The stuffed shrimp shells with cheese was stuffed with ricotta with shrimp in the sauce. The staff was considerate to my mom, substituting in alfredo instead of regular marinara for her entree. She said her dish was too salty, but I thought it was OK since cheese is supposed to have salt in it. I looked for the plate return area. The staff inverted a tray over the trash bin hole at that station with a sign to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean up. For dinner overall, more affordable and quicker than most sit down Italian restaurants. Seating was about 50% full on Monday night. Staffing appears adequate for bigger crowds.“
“Was in Knoxville for an event and did a search for food. Google did not fail me with Captain Jack's. I ordered the small Cod meal with fries and greens. It was AMAZING. Best fish I have ever gotten in a restaurant of any caliber let alone a fast food place. The greens are also amazing. This will definitely be a spot I return to the next time I am in town.“

“So I've been a few times and it was very mediocre. However, tonight they blew my socks off! Whoever is working at 6pm needs a serious raise! Everything was hot and delicious. Best of all the quesadillas had plenty of chicken, sauce, and cheese! Pretty much 90% of the time you get a burnt almost empty tortilla. So I'm very impressed! Again if you're management reading this, please reward your 6pm workers because they made my friggin night!“
“I would give this 4.5 stars, we went on Pi Day where you can get an 11" pizza per person one day a year for $3.14 (Pi). No online membership was required. There was a line around the building, as you know people love discounted/free sh$t. I didn't want to wait in line, but my mother convinced me as we were with other family. The woman setting up the orders was very patient. We were reading the options on cell in the line, but I'm sure there are people who get to the front and say"uh what do you have here??" For the eight of us, our food came out correctly and tasted very good. You can taste the wood oven even though these are thin dough pizzas. None of the staff seemed snippy about having to work from dusk till dawn. “Went for national Pie Day (3-14) and was amazed at how organized it was. There was a wait because of the deal they had going on but the weather was nice so we didn’t mind waiting in line. While in line the manager was walking around talking to guests and was very helpful with any questions or concerns people had.
