“I’ve been eating at this restaurant since my UT days(about 10 years ago! 😭🙂‍↕️😅) and it’s STILL delicious!!! Being from Queens, NYC, this is the only place in Tennessee I trust to make a Reuben that reminds me of home. The staff is so incredibly friendly and have remained that way since the 1st time I came in, 10 years ago! EVERYTIME you drive down Sutherland Ave, ask yourself “why haven’t I eaten here yet?!” Then just do it!! It’s worth it!!“

“If you’re looking for FLAVOR, this is your place! Our family of 4 just had dinner here and our 1 year old and 3 year old LOVED their dinner just as much as we did. We got the platter that had a little bit of everything and it was perfect to share. The meats were all cooked to perfection and the sauces tasted phenomenal. The employees were very friendly! “At first glance, Denton's looks like your typical fast food restaurant. Once you see the menu, you'll be happily surprised. They offer burgers, chicken, corn dogs, etc. But in my opinion, what makes this such a great place is the choices for shakes and smoothies for less than half the price of places like Smoothie King. Bobus: they sell full sized funnel cakes!“

“Went in at 3pm, food always good, service on point. But, the dining area was unkempt, condiment area was empty of items. The biggest issue all the trash bins were full, trash had to be left on top on bins or on tables. New customers had no were to sit. Not a good look.“

Restaurant was very clean with employees cleaning due to being slower after the lunch rush. Can be hard to get into and out of because of traffic at times. Great overall experience.“

“I frequent the Clinton Hwy. store (Unit 1233) at least once a week and went this evening at 5:15 pm to purchase 2 chicken nugget meals. You would think at 5:15 pm the food would be fresh but I will say that tonight was the nastiest food I have ever had from this store. The nuggets were horrible. Nasty, tough and uneatable. The fries were cold and mushy. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Anna and informed her of my experience and how it was very unusual as I am a regular customer but that my mother and I threw away $20 worth of uneatable food. After no initial response, Anna's reply was "sorry for the inconvenience , thank you for the feedback." What poor management skills. Greg Jones is listed as the Restaurant Operator. Greg, I hope you read feedback and take action unlike your manager on duty tonight. Needless to say I will not be returning to Unit 1233 any time in the near future.“

“I love this location I always come at dinner hours ,they have the most helpful manager,Shyla, she ALWAYS gets our order correct and its always fresh & she makes the experience wonderful for me and my family..love the peach rolls& potato cakes, always fresh& the location is very clean& inviting. If anything isn't Shyla takes control & makes it fresh my granddaughter loves coming just to see Shyla & get her cheese fries,we do visit alot but try to come when she's there. “I have eaten here multiple times in the past couple of years, and at several different locations all throughout the state of TN. Oddly enough, it has remained very consistent each time, so that in itself is impressive. Staff is always great, the dining is a tad crowded, but acceptable; service is speedy and prompt, but the restroom situations at each were the same (only a one person), but I’d eat here any day over Zaxby’s or any other fast food chain. “I Came used drive thru after working a 12 hour night shift limited on money until payday had a Birthday reward for my bday the other day and decided to use it this morning during breakfast as I pulled up Shaneekya (drive thru cashier) promoted by politely asking me if I am going to use my rewards on the app and I said yes and placed my order she said everything that she needed to say if my order looked correct ,if I would like to donate to military so I pulled to the window and I had difficulty using different rewards and she took the time with no hesitation to make sure I was satisfied with what rewards I was using and how to use them so I could save the most money and I used my birthday coupons rewards and she was just so nice and polite she deserves a raise and a promotion people like her will bring good business to the business! “This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“

“I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“I have visited this location several times and i'm always very pleased with the quality of my food. It's consistently good which is a rare quality that most restaurants do NOT possess anymore. One night, about a month or so ago, I visited this location and I had the pleasure of chatting with the assistant manager who was operating the drive-thru that particular evening. She is so warm and inviting! I know that she is definitely a HUGE reason as to why this restaurant is so successful!“

“Usually I get at least 4 star food, this time I got a country ham biscuits that was about 1/2 inch thick including the ham. Evidently bad biscuit maker on Friday and Noone was doing quality assurance. I will still frequent Bojangles for breakfast. Usually the best buscuits.“

“Ordered some shakes and the Chicken Bacon ranch fries. It was during their happy hour time, but the cashier didn't ring up the shakes at the happy hour price. They fixed it eventually. The chicken bacon ranch fries are good, but their cheese sauce has changed and was not as good. Leave it off next time.

“Always consistently a good Chick-fil-A meal this is a very busy location. Can get chaotic. The last three times order 12 count nuggets and only received 8 in the box. Will not be driving away ever again before checking. When you pay this much you deserve to receive your actual order.“

Chorizo con nopales and asada are the two best tacos, in my opinion. Her mole is amazing as well. My husband now refers to her as his "taco lady" and will drive 20 minutes to get her food. Try it! “you guys are the actual best taco bell location ever. i order from this location via doordash so often that it is embarrassing, and i have never received a single incorrect order. that is an incredibly good track record! i have worked at taco bell before, and i can tell from the quality that this location rotates their ingredients and follows taco bell food safety regulations. doesn’t matter what time i order, the food is always to taco bell’s internal standards. huge compliments to the employees here for that – you guys are doing great as far as accuracy and quality goes. keep up the good work, crew.“
