“I’ve been eating at this restaurant since my UT days(about 10 years ago! 😭🙂‍↕️😅) and it’s STILL delicious!!! Being from Queens, NYC, this is the only place in Tennessee I trust to make a Reuben that reminds me of home. The staff is so incredibly friendly and have remained that way since the 1st time I came in, 10 years ago! EVERYTIME you drive down Sutherland Ave, ask yourself “why haven’t I eaten here yet?!” Then just do it!! It’s worth it!!“

“If you’re looking for FLAVOR, this is your place! Our family of 4 just had dinner here and our 1 year old and 3 year old LOVED their dinner just as much as we did. We got the platter that had a little bit of everything and it was perfect to share. The meats were all cooked to perfection and the sauces tasted phenomenal. The employees were very friendly! “Blaze was our go to lunch in Maryville every Sunday. So sad that location closed down. I’m glad they still have one in Knoxville. This location did not disappoint. I love their gluten free crust and dairy free cheese! It’s fantastic that I can create my own pizza and cover it with all the toppings! They have a spicy vegan chorizo topping that is tasty. There are lots of dipping sauces and dressings. Sometimes we get a choose 2 and get half pizza and half salad. That is a really great option! This is the best gluten free place for pizza in Knoxville!“

“Foods decent mainly go there for my kid. Service and order accuracy is hit or miss at this location. Always double check your bag! We didnt get the kids toy yesterday and its not the first time thats happened. They also often forget sauces or leave out fries etc. Its also always crowded so eating inside is ok if you dont mind lots of noise. Its still better than some of the other Chick fil a locations.“

“The food was good and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, but the ordering experience left me feeling uncomfortable. The gentleman at the register offered very little interaction or assistance when I had questions and mostly just stared at me while I tried to order. I’m not sure what kind of day he may have been having, and I certainly don’t want to be unkind, but the interaction made me feel as though I had done something wrong simply by asking questions. A little patience, friendliness, or willingness to help would have made the experience much less stressful. I hope our next visit feels a little more welcoming.“

“Called this morning and spoke with Trinity. She helped me place a catering order for an office. She was very helpful and suggested a different sandwich variety and had everything ready to go and packaged by the time I arrived. Some of the staff at the office had had never had Jersey Mike’s before, and they very much enjoyed it.“

“This place was rocking. They were so busy... they had like 6 workers outside at the drive thru taking orders. They had a great system. We went inside and the workers were prompt and had a great atmosphere. They all seemed happy which is refreshing.“

“I frequent the Clinton Hwy. store (Unit 1233) at least once a week and went this evening at 5:15 pm to purchase 2 chicken nugget meals. You would think at 5:15 pm the food would be fresh but I will say that tonight was the nastiest food I have ever had from this store. The nuggets were horrible. Nasty, tough and uneatable. The fries were cold and mushy. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Anna and informed her of my experience and how it was very unusual as I am a regular customer but that my mother and I threw away $20 worth of uneatable food. After no initial response, Anna's reply was "sorry for the inconvenience , thank you for the feedback." What poor management skills. Greg Jones is listed as the Restaurant Operator. Greg, I hope you read feedback and take action unlike your manager on duty tonight. Needless to say I will not be returning to Unit 1233 any time in the near future.“

“I Came used drive thru after working a 12 hour night shift limited on money until payday had a Birthday reward for my bday the other day and decided to use it this morning during breakfast as I pulled up Shaneekya (drive thru cashier) promoted by politely asking me if I am going to use my rewards on the app and I said yes and placed my order she said everything that she needed to say if my order looked correct ,if I would like to donate to military so I pulled to the window and I had difficulty using different rewards and she took the time with no hesitation to make sure I was satisfied with what rewards I was using and how to use them so I could save the most money and I used my birthday coupons rewards and she was just so nice and polite she deserves a raise and a promotion people like her will bring good business to the business! “I love this location I always come at dinner hours ,they have the most helpful manager,Shyla, she ALWAYS gets our order correct and its always fresh & she makes the experience wonderful for me and my family..love the peach rolls& potato cakes, always fresh& the location is very clean& inviting. If anything isn't Shyla takes control & makes it fresh my granddaughter loves coming just to see Shyla & get her cheese fries,we do visit alot but try to come when she's there. Yesterday she told me the orange cream shakes were coming back tomorrow so we'll definitely be going there to get this evening!! Having only Cane's Sauce and ketchup feels pretty limiting, especially when other chicken places offer options like ranch, honey mustard, or buffalo. I'd happily give five stars if they expanded the sauce lineup a bit. Until then, it's still a solid spot when you're in the mood for fresh chicken.“

“I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“I tried the regular cheesesteak at the Arby’s in Powell, TN. Very good. This time tried the half pound cheesesteak from the Millertown Pike location. It did not disappoint. I substituted the sesame seed roll for a sub roll. The copper cheese blends well with the steak plus Arby’s’s sauce and horsey sauces complement it very well. I highly recommend!“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. “This is usually my late night dinner after work and I would like to show some gratitude cause not only is the food extremely fresh even though it’s after 11pm they are always friendly and I know personally working late at night puts a damper on your mood they never show it and are always respectful.“

“I was part of a very large group (two nearly full buses) that came in today (7/7/26). I wanna say it took over 30 minutes for everyone to order and receive their food, which is very quick compared to most other fast food places. I had two errors with my food, that were clearly caused by the rush of the large group, so not necessarily a bad thing. The people who were working at that time (I didnt catch their names) very quickly made it right, whilst still dealing with a large mass of orders. They did all of this while still keeping the drive thru at a steady pace! After everyone got their food, one of the cooks came out and thanked all of us for being so patient! I overheard this one man (looked to be around 17-20) say he got off at 2:30 but would stay over if he had to, and I believe he did, I wasnt watching the time though. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will recommend this Arby's to people in the future!“

“Best tacos in Knoxville by a long shot! The blue corn tortillas are made by hand in the truck! Serving size is ridiculously large. Chorizo con nopales and asada are the two best tacos, in my opinion. Her mole is amazing as well. My husband now refers to her as his "taco lady" and will drive 20 minutes to get her food. Try it! You will not regret it.“
