Although already well known, a hidden gem in West Knoxville! I believe they have been in operation for almost twenty years. The Gyro is authentic and fantastic. Mom and pop type atmosphere. Go enjoy some food prepared fresh, then check the aisles for some ethnic products.
I was told that this deli was the real deal and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in I felt like I was part of the family. I found out the owners originally had a deli in Long Island New York. Being from New York City, I felt right at home. I ordered a knish and the pastrami Reuben with the works.The knish was split down the middle and grilled with butter until it was perfectly golden brown and delicious.
