“Stopped in for lunch on the way to Sevierville. Food was great and restaurant nice and clean. Your employee Levente made the experience even better as he seem very happy and asked how we were doing and seem like he generally cared for the customers. As he was wiping down tables he was asking everybody how they were doing as well it's very hard to find a employees these days that actually care for customers. You have a great employee there don't let him go.“

My favorite place to get pizza in Seymour. Managers are always friendly. Food is always excellent. One of the nightshift managers is so cute. I order just to see him sometimes, but worth it cause I get great food and to look at him through the window while I wait on my food.“

“First time I ever been to Zaxby's and I was definitely impressed. Everyone was very professional, and friendly. They seemed to work well together as a team. The customer service was outstanding! I ordered a Big Zax Snak, My chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, juicy and hot, my fries hot, and the toast was not soggy. The overall appearance of this location was clean. The restrooms were clean and well stocked.“

“My husband came in and placed a to go order today. Once he got home he realized he didnt have the envelope from the bank which had almost 800.00 in it. We called Burger King and a gentleman who worked there name Mark had found the envelpope and they had it in the safe. We just wanted to give him all the thanks for putting it up . The food was hot and fresh as always.“

“My daughter had an interview scheduled at this location today. She was excited, prepared, and dressed nicely for her first job interview. When she went in for her interview, the manager was completely rude to her, told her that she didn't have any interviews scheduled today, and told her that even if she did that she wouldn't hire her because she is 15. My daughter came out crushed and in tears. There is no reason to be a hateful, ugly human being!“

“Every time i eat here the employees go above and beyond even helping carry my order out to the car. I have some pretty difficulty orders sometimes and 95% of the time they are perfect in which i cannot say the same for most places these days.“

“This is a compliment for Cody ( goat tee) service on 3/19/26 @4pm. My grandson (13) went in to get his sandwich and the gentleman greeted him when he walked in with lots of enthusiasm. 😁 My grandson said he was very funny and took his time with his sandwich making sure it was perfect. He said most employees just throw it in there without a care. For a 13 year old to notice that says a lot. I told him that that is character & pride in work looks like. I hope my grandson takes that lesson with him in life. Thank you Cody for being extra!!! We need more employees like Cody. 😁“
