I will never order from here again. They left out half my order and REFUSED to bring the other part back.
Sorry but your manager (Bob) could use some lessons in customer relations, sorry I had a problem but Bob didn't care nor was he the least bit concerned with solving the issue. Also to receive the same price you advertise online you have to order online so if your ordering over the phone you WILL pay a higher price, seems to me to be consumer fraud. So BoB I will not be back glade to know you don't need or business!
