While I do like this place they do have a weird substitution policies. Wanted soup instead of salad because they only offer two dressing options and shrimp sauce is one of them. They told us that we couldn’t substitute soup for salad and would have to buy the soup separate. Asked about paying an up charge and they refused. I just feel like that is a normal request for a Japanese restaurant offering hibachi.
The ramen was absolutely delicious! The broth tasted rich, savory, and naturally made from bones, with an incredible depth of flavor. There were also plenty of shrimp, which made the dish even more satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
