“After having recently been on a month-long roadtrip vacation to various states and eating at Firehouse Subs in different cities, I have to say Farragut is the absolute best - hands down. Wow, I didn't realize how much of a difference in quality there could be at different locations... But there is and the Farragut location DEFINITELY makes the best veggie subs I've tasted. “We waited 25 minutes in the drive through listening to them have an entire conversation with the headset on unaware we were at the speaker . We finally pulled up after being ignored just for our order to be incorrect . I’m having to wait for my order to be fixed while I’m able to hear the girl working the window complain about remaking my order and starting at a disgusting kitchen .“
“I go to this McDonald's once or twice a month.Second update. Recently, the restaurant underwent a thorough upgrade. Looking really good now. Too bad sometimes the personnel is not that good. They decided that at 5:10pm on a Sunday the lobby was closed but we could enter and place out order on the kiosk. They completely ignored our order for 20 minutes. Then, they told us that the lobby was closed and it would be a while before our order would be ready, despite it being clearly visible on the displays. So, what's different between the order placed at the kiosk, from the drive through or via door dash? I am puzzled. The guy running around like a headless chicken was rude. He should have considered slowing down, being courteous to the customers in the lobby and actually get something done.“
“The facility and parking lot were clean and inviting. There wasn't a wait to order. The young lady who waited on us wasn't very friendly and didn't offer or suggest any extras. We received our food promptly. It was hot and the flavor was good. The staff continually were cleaning in the lobby. I would choose to eat here again.“
“This place is wonderful! The food is delicious and they have something for everyone here. We love D&B!Kid-friendliness: They gave my little girl 3 sheets of stickers to keep her busy while eating. She ended up spilling her drink and before I even had a chance to get up one of the staff was at our side moving our food to another table and cleaning the mess up.“
“I have been to multiple middle eastern places to eat but this one by far is my favorite! I am fortunate to have a food truck next to my work and I have eaten everyday since I discovered it. He makes the hummus from scratch and is the best I've ever had hands down. Everything about it is delicious. Ali the guy who runs it is a very nice humble guy. I enjoy talking to him. It's a must try people!“
“Spent tonight heading down 75 racing tstorms and tornadoes. Had kids with us and needed to make a stop before lights out. The gas station restroom down the road was closed due to cleaning. We spotted Chickfila and stopped 10 minutes before closing with no real intent to purchase anything, just a desperate toddler and a need to get back on the road. Walked in with a kid in each hand, spotted the restroom sign--"closed for cleaning". The entire restaurant floor had been mopped clean. Desperate, I asked the nearest employee if restrooms were closed to which another employee promptly opened the door from inside the restroom, smiled, and told me to come in. It was immaculate. They didn't need to let us in on their clean floors or welcome us with such hospitality, but the thing is, they did. Thanks for taking care of our family tonight, for getting us down the road safely out of the storms, and for going out of your way to help. We will be stopping for some CFA on our next trip down 75.“
“1st time. Decent food, fast casual, my mom thought it was confusing to see self serve metal forks and plastic knives. The stuffed shrimp shells with cheese was stuffed with ricotta with shrimp in the sauce. The staff was considerate to my mom, substituting in alfredo instead of regular marinara for her entree. She said her dish was too salty, but I thought it was OK since cheese is supposed to have salt in it. I looked for the plate return area. The staff inverted a tray over the trash bin hole at that station with a sign to leave our dishes on the table for them to clean up. For dinner overall, more affordable and quicker than most sit down Italian restaurants. Seating was about 50% full on Monday night. Staffing appears adequate for bigger crowds.“
“The sandwich was excellent. The problem here is that they are slow. I get that they make to order but even considering that fact, I've seen faster turtles. When we come here we have to allow extra time to get through this location when compared to other Knoxville area locations.“
“I went there today with my kids and Stacy at the drive through greeted me with an amazing smile matched with quick and efficient customer service. She brought that Chick Fil A vibe to Zaxby’s. The food was hot and fresh and she even did a sweet gesture for my 4 year old in the back. I will definitely go back bc the food was great and Stacy was so sweet and kind!!!!“
