We went in for lunch with granddaughter who is six...she wanted "chicken with bones" and French fries. The grease made everything taste the same ibsuppose, even granddaughter commented that the fries taste like my wife's tenders and the wings tase like everything else. Portion size has definitely dwindled at zaxbys in comparison to what it used to be. I can't imagine where those wings come from but when you sell them by each I guess food cost are more important than customer satisfaction....read full review

I went there today with my kids and Stacy at the drive through greeted me with an amazing smile matched with quick and efficient customer service. She brought that Chick Fil A vibe to Zaxby’s. The food was hot and fresh and she even did a sweet gesture for my 4 year old in the back. I will definitely go back bc the food was great and Stacy was so sweet and kind!!!!

Five stars are to great customer care!I have been coming to this location a lot because my kids love Zaxby’s chicken.Today we ordered the usual and drove home without checking. Our order was messed up so I called Zaxby’s and spoke with Stacy who told me to come back and they will correct whatever is needed.My visit back they went beyond to correct order and were very professional. Great clean location with great customer care and best chicken!
