As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. “I just want to take a moment to recognize Wyatt at Chick-fil-A. Every time I come in—whether I’m picking up a DoorDash order or ordering for myself—he is consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
He always makes sure my orders are accurate and goes out of his way to create a positive experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does.
Wyatt always puts a smile on my face, and he’s a big reason I keep coming back. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“While the dining room was full, we enjoyed our delicious lunch in such a delightfully pleasant atmosphere!I highly recommend the chicken soup & salad. My daughter's favorite is the chicken salad with bacon.
Parking: Easy access & plenty of safe parking spaces.“

“We went through drive thru, Jeffrey took our order and he did an excellent job, super friendly and helpful. My husband is an old man who likes to talk and joke around and Jeffrey kept his upbeat spirit and didn't let my husband irritate him. Thank you!“

“A huge thank you to the team working on July 29th for making what could have been a negative experience into the best customer care we've ever experienced in fast food. Your team went above and beyond after our food was delayed and showed the upmost kindness and care to their customer. Our food was wonderful and the experience with the staff made it that much better.
