“I eat here regularly and always have a hot and fresh meal as everything is prepared as ordered. The staff are excellent and personable! As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. “I just want to take a moment to recognize Wyatt at Chick-fil-A. Every time I come in—whether I’m picking up a DoorDash order or ordering for myself—he is consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
He always makes sure my orders are accurate and goes out of his way to create a positive experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does.
Wyatt always puts a smile on my face, and he’s a big reason I keep coming back. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“While the dining room was full, we enjoyed our delicious lunch in such a delightfully pleasant atmosphere!I highly recommend the chicken soup & salad. My daughter's favorite is the chicken salad with bacon.
Parking: Easy access & plenty of safe parking spaces.“

“Always consistently a good Chick-fil-A meal this is a very busy location. Can get chaotic. The last three times order 12 count nuggets and only received 8 in the box. Will not be driving away ever again before checking. When you pay this much you deserve to receive your actual order.“

“After having a terrible experience in oakridge with our Autistic daughter, we tried this location. Hands down best kfc I've ever been too. Clean, great staff, customer service is astounding! We will most definitely be making the drive to come here from now on.“
