Burger Restaurants near Farragut

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

Our cashier always make me and my two son's feel welcome each week.

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“My friend and I went for lunch. We dined in.I ordered the Boss Hog Burger and fries and a Chili Cheese Dog. He got the Patty Melt,the D and B Dog,and Potato Salad. All of the food was beyond Amazing. The restaurant was super clean,with a feel good atmosphere. Manager and staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great dining experience. “We ate here twice while we were in town, and we loved it! The servers, Amber and Daniel, were fantastic-nice, attentive and great personalities. We will definitely be back there!“

“After being on the road, decided to stop by as from Knoxville, but hadnt been here before. Food was really good, but the service was not the best. Waited a long time to take our order, but once the order was in, it got better. Small atmosphere so if there is a game or a large group, it can get noisy.“

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.“

“The cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Even the play place was super clean! One of the workers said they clean it every 30 minutes. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful as well. Should out to Ross! She’s awesome. My son enjoyed the play place and it didn’t even smell bad, wasn’t dirty or sticky like the other McDonald’s I’ve been too. Also, the high chairs were super clean and cleaning wipes were available too! It was relaxing and the AC worked too.“

“My first time at cookout and it was amazing. It’s so hard to find a place to eat today that’s good pricing and even better food. The lady at the counter was very nice I didn’t catch her name but she had a big smile and was helpful! It was also very clean.“

“I love the service here. David is amazing. My family and I come in all different days and times. I went for lunch and got the club sandwhich, it was delicious! We went for dinner and got the steaks, they are usually cooked perfectly, I would recommend getting an 8 ounce instead of 6 because those usually are not the best looking or cut nicely. They tend to have the grisle and cut at odd angles that dont cook properly. I love their garlic mash. The broccoli is always cooked perfectly. The southwest salad combines just the right heat with the crispness of salad.“

“Everything they have is GREAT but my favorite is the garden salad with adding feta cheese. I love Italian dressing and my husband likes either Italian or Ranch dressing with his. Highly HIGHLY recommend.“

“Stopped here on a road trip and it was just the pick me up we needed!! Super friendly staff and great options for non-dairy folks- this week they had macadamia, oat, and even coconut milk! The coffee was delicious and a decent price with some seriously fun and creative flavor combinations!! Super grateful for the staff working today who helped us make the best choices!“

“First of all the Valentines day waitress for the evening was incredible, she zipped around like a worker bee trying to get a promotion, I mean girl was polite and fast. We got our breakfasts and ate and ate till we were stuffed full. Watched the show a little longer, as a ex Pub owner I so would have tried to snipe her for our place, she was good. Also as you can see, thats how you plate food and it was great. Thank you to the kitchen staff for making our Valentines Day a yummy one. -DW & Cin“

“I just left the Oak Ridge location. The staff are friendly and provide great service for the price.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere was tense because of one customer's blatant rudeness.
I was filling a cup at the drink station across from the table she was seated at. The customer did not allow the worker set down her dessert items at the table before requesting it be remade. The desserts appeared fine. She continued to make passive aggressive comments for all to hear. Thankful not to be with her party. How embarrassing!!!
The manager offered to refund her purchase, but she continued with her loud speaking and attention-seeking minologue. He asked her to leave. She refused.

I work in psychiatry. People like that claim to desire perfection, but more is always amiss. Mental health problems, finances, and the list goes on.
