Burger Restaurants near Farragut

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

Our cashier always make me and my two son's feel welcome each week.
Our Ice cream treats, are always super amazing.

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.“

“We got a table immediately and got our drinks right away. The appetizer came pretty quickly too. My burger was fine but my boyfriends steak came out too done and it took about 10 to 15 minutes before the new plate came out. The manager brought the new steak out and took $10 off. It wasn't terrible but it's not a place we're going on date night again any time soon.“

“My 9yo daughter wanted Double Dogs for her birthday. While they told me they don’t take reservations, they said they would do their best to prepare for us. We showed up with 30 people. They got us seated quickly with best accommodations that they could for a large party. The waitress and the manager took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for food or anything. (I will say we picked a Sunday night to avoid some of the crowd). We’ve went plenty of places with this big crowd, but the experience this time at DD was one of the best!“

“The food was great. They waiter wasn't very friendly, not rude, just not not friendly and not attentive. He let our dri is run out and we had to ask another waitress to send him over. They messed up part of our order, when we got the bill we could see he had put it in correctly, but the kitchen had not plated up as he had order it. Once it was straightened out it was great. My steak was great and husband liked his burger.“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

“Everything they have is GREAT but my favorite is the garden salad with adding feta cheese. I love Italian dressing and my husband likes either Italian or Ranch dressing with his. Highly HIGHLY recommend.“

“The grilled cheese frisco burger was GREAT but the 3 piece chicken tenders I recv'd was just okay (not hot and the pieces were SMALL for the $). My fries were good after I had to come back from the car seeing they FORGOT to include in my order; then half were like they came from the bottom of the basket (all small pieces).🙂“

“First of all the Valentines day waitress for the evening was incredible, she zipped around like a worker bee trying to get a promotion, I mean girl was polite and fast. We got our breakfasts and ate and ate till we were stuffed full. Watched the show a little longer, as a ex Pub owner I so would have tried to snipe her for our place, she was good. “Excellent service. The manager on duty (Keagan) was taking orders at the window and has fantastic customer service skills. Blizzards were made by Leif (we got two) and they were superb! We were worried when making special request changes to our order but they followed what we asked for 100%. Will surely be back!“
