First let me say that the server was great, and checked on us a lot. The place had a lot of tables setting dirty, and need cleaning off. The new burger plate we got was not hot and the cheese wasn't melted. Fries were hot, so cool sandwich was made first and sat. Place was cold to set in, and cooled off food fast. Not my best experience, and will go to another location next. Don't know why restaurants are so cold inside.
We took a break from the west Knox location for a few years due to poor management and service issues in the past. Since we have been back, we are impressed by the new menu and the servers are on point for the most part. We now make it a weekly dining

Said the three meat platter with chicken tenders sirloin steak and ribs. Had to send the steak back to have it remade because it was overcooked. The chicken tenders were amazing I highly recommend. The service could have been a little speedier with the server was very nice.
