Had delivery. Ordered breaded catfish. Website shows 3 full filets. False advertising!!Got 3 half filets! Maybe at the restaurant you get the correct size. Definitely will not order delivery again! Maybe won't even dine in.

the only good part out of my lunch experience today was the service. this is my first time in 15/20yrs that ive ate at o’charleys. i took my daughter because she has never been and wanted to try something new. i told her how “back in the day” me and my friends would always eat here on the weekends. the potato soup back then was “the bomb” (:i ordered a house salad and loaded potatoe soup today and it was awful. the salad didn’t taste fresh. the ranch dressing was so bland. the potatoe soup was not the right color i remember. and taste like melted sliced cheese in a bowl. absolutely no flavor, barely any potatoe slices. i will not be back and i dont feel like it will be much of a loss. i cant remember why i stopped coming here but after today i will. i hate that my daughters experience wasnt good.

I ordered dinner for take out. I ordered fish and coleslaw w/2 malt vinegars. The fish was overcooked, the coleslaw was dry and there was NO malt vinegar! My husband ordered the fried chicken salad, his chicken[what there was of it) was overcooked.We quit eating and ordering from OCHARLEYS because of this in the past, and now probably won't order from there again!The saddest part of it was, the restaurant was basically empty. This is probably why. I wouldn't recommend eating here in anyone.

Haley was our server, she never brought bread back out, I had to ask for refills after he had stopped by our table three different times seeing two cups completely empty all three times. Brought our food out I asked for my steak mid-well, it looked like it was boiled or steamed was well done and taste awful. Definitely do not recommend this O'Charleys. The one in Turkey Creek is far better and always on point.
