“Well I came to have a dinner and drinks with a few friends. Great time with friends and the bartender Angel. I hate to say what I experience with the back of house staff member. Walked into the restroom and saw an employee and another male in the bathroom conducting a drug transaction. When reported to staff and manager on duty. She then took my report and called the GM back into the store to handle the situation. When GM Ashton came back into store nothing was done to employee that was involved. Then later to find out that all the employees that I originally reported to were give basically a gage order they can't say anything about it. I deal with at my place of employment I will be dammed if I will tolerate this at family environment and where I use to go to enjoy time with my friends and family . Something needs to be done with this and GM. SORRY FOR THE NEGATIVE REVIEW BUTN THIS NEEDS TO STOP“
“Wheelchair accessibility: The wheel chair access is rite in front of the door. If u like glazed donut holes then u absolutely must try they're donut holes they put the glaze on them they're selfs. I addicted to them things.. SO GOOD!! when i ordered mine they was still hot!!“
“McDonald's is notorious for not giving you one or more of your items on a large order and I have had that problem with several locations. I get dinner at this location for the family at least one night out of the week and it's always a pretty big order ($30+) and out of roughly 10 orders I've only had one occasion when they forgot my condiments, otherwise, every time I've ordered, I've gotten everything I ordered in the bag and they definitely deserve credit for that considering any other McDonald's would have forgotten something... also, they are surprisingly friendly compared to what most McDonald's employees are known for... definitely my favorite McDonald's that I've ever been to!!!“

“The food was excellent, we have zero complaints. The burgers were so good and the soda was nice and fizzy! (I hate flat soda) By far the best fast food I have ate in a while! “Fast service! I've never had a problem with missing items. There are a few employees that come off a little rude in my opinion.Dietary restrictions: I'm able to do low carb, they can use romaine lettuce in place of buns.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu.“

“The City of Kingston's local gem! This place has been here since before I was born. I can remember coming here with my grand parents 25 years ago and eating.I haven't been here in probably 5-7 years and as soon as you walk inside you feel right at home. The waitresses are so welcoming and sweet.I knew before I even got there what I was going to order. It has to be the Handee Burger which is a mini burger very similar to a Krystal burger, but I'll argue these are better. The loaded chili dog and the grilled chicken sandwich were also very good. The tater tots and fries were also great.I have nothing bad to say about my dining experience there, and I will definitely come back sooner than 5-7 years.Kid-friendliness: The got chicken tenders enough said.“
“Stopped in here for late lunch. Had never eaten here before.Ordered the chicken fingers that comes with fries and coleslaw. Everything tasted delicious. The coleslaw is made in house and its very tasty. The chicken was lightly breaded which is wonderful. The fries had extra good flavor. Will definitely eat here again soon.“
“Amazing food love the theme great staff. The L&N burger with bacon cheddar fries and fried pickles was amazing I ate till I couldn't eat anymore. Brought my wife here fora little pre-anniversary dinner, she loved the shakes and crazy cakes we both over stuffed ourselves and will do it again real soon.“
