“We had a great dinner on New Year's Eve, but we're disappointed with the appetizer. We love oyster rockefeller when it's prepared to our expirations, but what we got still had raw oyster. They were tasty but not what we expected. The waitress and the chef both told us that this is the way they prepared it. (?) The rest of our dinner was great.“
“Decided to give this place a shot bc we don’t have this restaurant in my city. Burger was pretty good and I liked the tater tots too! My server, a girl with blonde hair (says her name is Gabi on the receipt) was SO sweet and really quick even though she had a few other tables! I was impressedOnly reason it’s not a 5 is because of my experience at the counter while trying to pay. The girl who eventually took my payment was in a conversation with a man eating at the counter. She wasn’t taking his order, just talking. I checked the time on my phone and I had literally stood there for over 5 minutes waiting on her to finish her conversation. I know she saw me, but she didn’t acknowledge me. Not even a “I’ll be with you shortly.” My server actually had to tell her to take my payment. When she did take my payment, no acknowledgment or apology or anything. Made me feel kinda bad, like I was invisible. Maybe it’s because I’m not from around there and she didn’t know me like she knew this other customer, but still kinda felt weird.“

“The food was great, the service was great! The only complaint we have is that almost every table in the lobby was dirty. It may be the one 1 person working front line was too busy, I get it. But, no one wants to clean a table to sit down and eat. I feel the woman working on front line was working her butt off. Probably need more people working. This was at 1pm on a Friday.“

“This was the best Impossible Whopper we ever had! Juicy and tender and tasty! The toppings were fresh and crispy and even the bun was nice and fresh. We went through the drive-thru and were bummed because we knew it was going to take forever! Hah! A matter of minutes, a very few minutes. Never have I been to a drive-thru that moved so quickly and efficiently and handed out such excellent (for fast food) food.Vegetarian options: They have the Impossible Whopper which is usually dry. Not here! It was tender, juicy and tasty!“
“We stopped in here during one of our trips from Knoxville to Cookeville and now we make a point of stopping by each trip. Incredible food, cold fresh vegetables on delicious hot burgers. The fries are always hot and fresh. Really impressive how good the food is here!“
“They were slow. I used the drive up. I ordered a number one.I waited, and they finally opened the drive up window. He said he is cooking my burger fresh and asked me to pull up.I went inside instead of just sitting there.He apologized for the wait and handed me my food. I grabbed the bag and went on my way. As I was driving down 40,I opened the bag. My small fry was a large fry, and they were nice and hot and crispy.My burger was also hot and fresh.Those little things in life just make life more precious!A job well done, guys.Parking: 40 spots“
“Food is very good, I really enjoy the spaghetti with meatballs, the first time I stopped in, the service was great, had a young lady who thanked me for my device and stated her boyfriend also served in the same unit that I was in(Was wearing my hat with my unit in it) She made my time there very enjoyable, second time stopped in, food was good had a young man with black hair as my server kind of heavy set, was not impressed with his demeanor, wasn't friendly, just direct and not engaging at all, that soured the mood, so I quickly ate and left, Hopefully he will learn more about customer service and be more friendly and engaging, other than that I really recommend eating there, the food is great!!!“
