Order was not right they left cheese off of items Biscuits were hard and dry, could only eat the very center of biscuits. If this is the quality of food they are serving, they should have stayed closed!
Went to this particular location about 3 or 4 times the last week for breakfast before work, order is screwed up everytime. First couple times I let it go I realize things happen but this morning ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit got to work and there’s only an egg biscuit. Called and the lady said “I’m the one cooking I haven’t made just an egg biscuit”… basically calling me a liar when originally I was trying to be nice even though this isn’t the first time,...read full review
This Hardee’s is the worst one we have ever stopped at. We ordered food for the family and picked it up thru the drive thru. One we got there we were informed that they discontinued the roast beef, they had now large cups but could give us mediums, and we had to pull up and wait. There were 2 other cars that had been pulled up and was waiting as well. We got our food and drove to our daughters house. Upon passing out the food, we did not have one of our sandwiches. Hardee’s has received mixed reviews. Customers praised the biscuits as the greatest ever, even surpassing homemade biscuits from Arkansas. The breakfast food is loved, especially a wonderful Christmas breakfast. A refurbished location now has plenty of staff and absolutely excellent food, with a manager treating a customer respectfully. However, some reviews mention rude and hateful cashiers, and fountain drinks and sweet tea always taste horrible. Service and drinks need improvement. One cashier, Alisha, works her tail off every single morning and the team is always happy to serve. Courtney has one of the best customer service attitudes. The crew was thanked for a good job since being back open. The staff is absolutely wonderful at the refurbished location, which beats the place across the street.
