“AI generated order taking in the drive thru person. The person at the window who accepted payment was efficient. The order was filled correctly.
As for the food, the sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries were way too salty. The dirty rice was good. The sodas were good. The chicken supremes though were not very fresh. I would have rather waited for some minutes for fresh than to have been served some that were tough and lukewarm. We came to the drive thru at an awkward time, after lunch but before dinner. I really wish that restaurants would just say “there will be a however long wait for some fresh food”.“

“Typical& average experience for fast food @ this price. We spent around 14.00$ for 2 for some pre- supper food that would tide us over till we got home, & cooked a meal.They were very busy. There's almost always a wait.However,this location, & restaurant chain in general has great, hot food that is almost always worth the wait.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“My wife and I attended the Grand Opening today and it was fantastic! We counted 9 staff members cranking out sandwiches and it was super busy. They did a great job getting everything out quickly and our food was great! The gentleman at the register "Trinton" was the perfect guy for that job. He is a super friendly guy with a calming presence that really helped within that super crazy busy environment. I think they are doing a great job, and the food was great! GOOD JOB Jersey Mike's! Thanks for being properly prepared for the big rush on opening day!“

“I got the biggest fish sandwich of my life here yesterday. They brought it to my table I thought they were trying to feed Andre the Giant. It made me look back at all those fish filets I've bought from McDonalds and ask why I've been punishing myself. The restaurant was clean and the girls behind the counter were pleasant and on task, I made a good decision coming in for dinner.“

“Y'know what I love? Subway sandwiches. Y'know where I hafta go for a good one? THIS LOCATION. I don't even live in Crossville, but I will always snag a sandwich from this place when I go through, even if I'm not hungry. That's just dinner for later! It's clean, the veggies are crisp, and the bread is fresh. At the Subway near my place it's rare for those three things to be true at once. As if that weren't enough, the staff have always been really chill and helpful. My only issue on atmosphere is with the outside, not inside. The cat pee is rrreally strong on your way in, and that's a turnoff if you don't know how awesome the other side of the door is.“

“Daniel Parsons, manager of the Crossville Hardee's is an excellent person. Great personality. I was complimenting him on such good service. Long storey short I told him to keep up the good work and he could make manager, and he did. He needs help so bad as I go to get breakfast he is so often working alone. Doing it all. He never complaines. Always has great attitude. Please get more involved and help him to keep from leaving. He can help your business so much. He already has, you can see the traffic picking up.“

“Went to Burger King for lunch because of their low-carb options and getting extra points when using Fetch. We like the low-carb Bacon King sandwich only option.
Dietary restrictions: They have a low carb option if you are eating a Keto diet.“

“I will drive past four different subways on my way home to go to this one because of Ayanna. I've never walked into a restaurant or a fast food place or anything and felt like they even cared about me but she is so freaking sweet and I just love her and and I don't even know her lol she needs to be promoted to management so she can spread the way that she is to her employees, if everybody in fast food acted like she does they make so much more money, the sweetest girl I've ever seen in my life at a restaurant“

“I realize there are many choices for Subway, but this location is my favorite. The staff is always efficient, friendly and goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. Always a very clean, pleasing environment to be in. The sandwiches and ingredients are always to notch.“
