Food was very good and came out quickly, this was the first Zaxbys I’ve been to wheee I didn’t have access to sauces without asking
I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your drive-thru. The employee taking our order, Jocelyn, was rushing us through the process. We weren't given the time to review the menu. We love your food but felt the service this time wasn't up to your usual standards. Hopefully, this can be a coaching opportunity for the team.
