“I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your drive-thru. The employee taking our order, Jocelyn, was rushing us through the process. We weren't given the time to review the menu. We love your food but felt the service this time wasn't up to your usual standards. Hopefully, this can be a coaching opportunity for the team.“

“This KFC was very busy due to the 127 yardsale and they were out of a few things at the time of our order, we dined in however they made us some fresh and brought it to us.Food was great. Employees were very nice. My absolute biggest complaint and only complaint is as a family restaurant why is there not a changing table in this very new looking bathroom? You think KFC you think family but that isn't very family oriented to me especially when there is plenty of room.“
