“Very friendly atmosphere and staff. The food was better than expected. I especially recommend the dirty fries. The resturaunt itself was very clean as well. The bathrooms too some of the cleanest I've ever seen. Definitely coming here again.

I shared with her I had recently lost one of my favorite rings and she said I would probably find it when I least expected to. Well, guess what? “Really great new restaurant!! The chicken was so incredible and there are about 15 other things I want to try when I come back. (Which I definitely will be ) really great lunch spot so if you work around broad or market I highly suggest you stop in.“

“After the 3rd street location did not answer their phone after multiple times of us and doordash calling them, we decided to place an order with this location for the missing items. The store manager for this location called after we left a bad review through email that we thought would hit the other location. He talked with us and was very kind and understanding. He gave us customer of the day for our kindness and patience in the situation as well. We will we be calling corporate later to make sure that corporate moves the bad review from this store to the crappy location on 3rd street.“

“UPDATE: They listened about the food availability during lunch hours and now we're good to go! Great customer service! Original review: Food is good but twice now in the past few visits they are out of chicken strips and most chicken during lunch and dinner prime hours. I hope staff can be told if they see supplies dwindling to fry some more before they run out but they haven't so far. Once done it can sit for a couple of hours under heat lamps so it's not like there's much risk of throwing a bunch of food away. But again the biggest problem is lack of chicken strips being ready.“

“I always choose the Market Fresh Salad. I just wish I was able to get more than 3 dressings. I wouldn’t mind paying extra but they only allow me 3. To only get home 2 days in a row with just granola and almonds?The ones filling the orders need to pay better attention. I’ll just have to switch to another location. The wait is too long for the order to not be right.“

“This location is honestly smaller than I would have thought from the outside, but it's new and looks really nice inside. Our food was great and I tried a strawberry lemonade for the first time and it was fantastic! Really tart lemonade and real strawberry puree added, if you get that version. The guy behind the counter is fantastic, too - very nice and chatty, with lots of recommendations. This location seems very well run.“

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“AMAZING staff with the fastest and most correct food service I've ever seen, the managers are cheerful and genuinely enjoy their jobs and the employees actually feed off that with similar positive attitudes as well! Facility is also clean, bright and well maintained, good on all of you that work there I wish I had the power to give all of you bonuses and raises ?

Parking: While yes technically there's plenty of parking, half of the parking is behind the building but really not usually an issue as most people don't dine in at this location (I guess because the employees are too fast ?)“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!
