“Absolutely the best food ive had in a long time. Got the pretzel bun bacon chicken sandwich put ranch and buffalo sauce. I could literally taste the smoke in the bacon. 10 of 10 recommended“

“Stopped in for a quick bite yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Brian helped us and was very nice. As we sat down we noticed how clean and put together the place was. Brian brought our food and everything was fresh and hot. He even got our refills for us without having to ask. We listened as he helped people in the drive thru and gave everyone the same respect and patience, even when a young child placed their own order. The whole experience was better than in most casual dining restaurants now days. Ignore the people saying it’s dirty or whatever, I have never seen a fast food spot so clean.“

“My family went to zaxbys to place an order and ask the staff for extra ketchup packets because of my special needs boy only eats ketchup from zaxbys!! Kassidy got a bag and put a bunch of ketchup packets on it and give it to us. We wanted to pay for it but she just asked us it if was enough! We did order food but they would not take extra payment for ketchup! They went above and beyond to make sure my son had extra ketchup to take to school and his dinner for the next month. I will never forget that ketchup gesture! As small as it is… it meant the world to a special boy. Thank you Kassidy“

“Tristan was absolutely amazing!!! He is very quick and efficient, he has great customer service and is very kind when taking orders, asks if we want extras, etc. He is running around cleaning the lobby, pulling out booths, thoroughly sweeping and cleaning the areas. I love to see this as I was a manager myself. He definitely deserves recognition, if not a raise. He is absolutely working his butt off.“

“For a while I was door dashing to get my kfc. One time and only one time only my order got messed up and it was cause I didn't know how to or d er a special they where having on door dash. So I called and spoke to a manager named roti and she did everything to rectify the issue even though it was my fault. I simply had to go in and reorder what I really wanted and she and her Co managers took care of the bill. Nit only did they remake it they did so with sooo much professional ism and did substitutions for what I didn't want. Extra biscuits and even a extra piece of chicken in my two dinners I got to reorder reorder. I eat out alot and I must say I do not see this kind of quality management everywhere at all. I was so impressed. I will be back to eat again and again be cause of the great service they gave. Thank you ms roxi and her assistant manager. You where al l very kind.
