“One of the few quick places around that has options my daughter, who has severe allergies (due to MCAS), can eat at. She gets the grilled chicken with lettuce, fries, and a tea. Thankfully they don't use a lemon brew tea!Everyone can find something they enjoy and unlike another chicken chain, they're grilled chicken is quite good and they're open Sunday!“

“I came in the morning and was greeted kindly in the drive through. The wait to receive my food was relatively long but I understand since they are understaffed. The food itself is excellent (How do people complain so much about it here?) Treat the employees there with kindness and respect and they will kindly do the same for “

“When you walk in, the ambiance of the different walls, windows, and ceiling provided a cool atmosphere of a restaurant. The waitress was very friendly, knew we were not locals, and offered to get a free piece of chicken to see if it was to spicy because she didn't want us to pay for something we couldn't eat. For me, the breading was spicy but was very good. I ended up pulling it off and just eating the chicken but everyone in my party including my little sister didn't think it was spicy at all. The potato salad was a little too much of a mayo/mustard taste. The bake beans were to die for. The seasoning/flavor was out of this world. I would definitely go again if passing by and or was a local.“
“If you love chicken salad (and I do!) this spot is a must try. The history of the franchise is really cool. Started by women and to my eyes completely run by women as well! The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. The amount of variety from traditional chicken salad, to spicy, savory, even fruity, is staggering and definitely warrants multiple trips. I prefer more of a shredded chicken style to their “pressed and scoop” style but that’s merely a preference. The flavors are great and the prices are reasonable as well. Check it out!“
“I always come to this zaxbys. They’ve always been good. Stopped by right before they closed because I worked late and the crew was very nice. I don’t know who took my order but she was very kind. Erick served me at the window and I’ve never had as warm a welcome at fast food, not even Chick fil a!“
“The service was excellent, but the food wasn't as good as people claim. The sandwiches had some flavor, but they were quite dry. Ordering drinks with your meal is HIGHLY recommended here. I ordered the Barbie-cue sandwich and an egg salad sandwich. The eggs in the egg salad were ground up very small and barely had any mayo, so it didn't have the savory taste you're used to from traditional egg salad. The broccoli salad was just ok; it could have used more dressing, but the little bit I got tasted good.“
“I got the grilled spicy chicken with brown rice and sweet fries. The fries were the best part. The chicken was ok. It was more like spicy Buffalo which isn’t my personal favorite, but besides the Buffalo taste the chicken was juicy and good flavoring.“
