Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant where the food is always good and comes out quickly, and the staff friendliness and attentiveness makes it a favorite quick stop for lunch. The food is always 20/10, and it feels homey inside with a nice food aroma. A new advertisement for NEW chicken tacos led to trying one Chipotle Ranch Chicken Finger taco and one Avocado Ranch Chicken Finger taco, which were ok but needed more ingredients like cheese or lettuce. The milkshakes and buffalo wings or lemon pepper wings are enjoyable, and the cheese curds are recommended. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing. On one visit, the chicken finger plate had fries that were warm to almost cold, dry, and not fresh, a recurring issue. On another visit, crispy fries were inside the coleslaw, and the sauce was left out. The communication, customer service, and food quality have been slipping, with the food just not fresh.
