“Not only was the food 10/10, but so was the service from Veronica! She was very attentive, welcoming, and made sure I was well taken care of throughout my visit. Her friendly attitude and hospitality made the experience even better. I truly appreciate great customer service, and Veronica definitely delivered. I look forward to being served by her again! In fact, I’m coming back tomorrow to try the fried chicken sandwich she suggested!“

“Clean. Friendly. Consistent.

I've eaten at a lot of Zaxby's over the years and this is one of the better locations. I have lunch here often as it is close to work.

Typically, I order on the app and go through the drive-thru but also eat inside from time to time. The dining room is consistently tidy.

They are quick, friendly and remember me. Today, I finished ordering on the app as I was walking to the door and someone was putting my order together as I walked up to the counter.

Chicken wings, like barbecue, draw people to have strong preferences about where they eat. That being said, I like the wings here. I do have how large selection of sauces, as they promote.

Here's a tip: if you order the fries with no seasoning, they dropped them in the fryer for a few minutes to take the seasoning off and they come out hotter and crispier than usual.“

“the food is good but the only thing is that they take time to serve you, I took up to 15 minutes for them to take my order, some people got desperate and left, it is very slow, the service should improve more“

“All Chick-fil-A's l've visited have excellent and trustworrhy gluten free options. My daughter has Celiacs and we trust their prevention of cross contamination. Fries and grilled nuggets are gluten free, and they offer gluten free packaged buns for their gluten-free gilled chicken sandwiches. A+ on drive through customer service and speed. Eating in has also been a positive experience. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff all around.“

“The food was sensational and insatiable and I will 100% be back! The service was so friendly, welcoming, and gracious! 10/10! Parking was easy to figure out when you ask, you DON’T need to pay for it you just let them know your phone number and license plate number for verification.“

“We go to Roasters quite a lot and love the food. Went there on Tuesday to celebrate a birthday for my mother's caregiver. The waiter Eric refused to give her a birthday desert and we even offered to pay and he just presented us with a bill.“

“I’ve been a fan of Nando’s ever since I first tried over 20 years ago!
I’m excited we have a location at Krog which is literally walking distance from where I live!

The staff was really hospitable and friendly and the chicken was on point- the hot and Zaka sauce paired well but I’m waiting for a blockbuster Ronaldo flavour 😜

Besides grilled chicken is lighter and the healthier chicken choice for those weight watchers ;)“

“Great chicken, super sides“

“Came into this location recently and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. The cashier Erica was very helpful and recommended me the potato soup, which has become my go-to! Erica and the rest of the staff were polite and welcoming. This location isn’t very close to me but next time I’m in the area I will definitely be back.“

“the chicken was fresh and much more flavorful than Raising Cane's.“

“The staff and management was very friendly and respectful. I haven’t seen this hospitality in a while. Great job to this Zaxbys. Love the positive and friendly atmosphere here . Job well done 👍🏾“

“great food.
crowds stack up at lunch, and the takeout side won’t check whether you’re actually waiting on an order… you’ve gotta be assertive and tell them the name on your order, or you’ll end up standing there forever with your food literally sitting on the counter. the workers are right there doing their jobs, but for whatever reason they don’t stay on top of getting the takeout orders out/in the fridge during rush.
definitely order online if it’s during a busy hour“

“everything was clean and fresh“

“Been going to Zaxby’s all my life and this is by far the best one. Super quick and great customer service. Hard working and kind workers. Food is prepared consistently the best. To list a few of the many reasons I always come back to this location.“

“Peace be upon this location. Just came from a pilgrimage in Ethiopia and was craving ChickFila. So happy i came to this location in Lenox Mall because Avery was so friendly and welcoming even while with another customer yet being attentive to that said customer. His team that evening were also on point especially because it was closing yet he still executed great service. It definitely doesn’t feel like it’s in a mall. Thank you Avery!“

“First time there it’s so good“

“I am at this Chic-Fil-A every Monday and Wednesday and when I tell you that I LOVE THEM. The customer service is IMMACULATE!!!! My favorite crew person is Grayson he needs a raise and a promotion. I look for him every-time I enter the drive-thru. Everyone there is very polite but Grayson bubbly attitude always puts the icing on the cake. Keep up the great work everyone Ms Renita“

“We had such a great experience working with Chick-fil-A for Chattahoochee Elementary School’s Spirit Day! They were incredibly easy to work with, welcoming, and open to helping us make the event a success.

I really appreciate how supportive Chick-fil-A is of local schools and the community. It’s always nice to see a business that truly values giving back and is willing to partner with families and organizations in such a positive way.

We’re so grateful for their support of our elementary school and for making our Spirit Day such an enjoyable experience. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for everything you do for the community! ❤🐮“

“This was one of the nicest Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever visited. Every table had fresh flowers, which made the restaurant feel so welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, and the service was excellent. It was such a pleasant experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I want to give a shout out to Bonnie! She is the reason I come to this location. She is a 5 star when it comes to her customer service and making sure my order is always right and up to par. This woman deserves a promotion or a raise!! She is definitely the glue that holds everything together at this location ❤“

“I had an exceptional experience at Chick-fil-A on Peachtree Street, and I especially want to recognize an extraordinary team member named Xel.

From the moment Xel approached me, her energy, kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm immediately stood out. She appeared to genuinely enjoy her work and, more importantly, made me feel that providing an excellent experience for each customer was personally important to her.

Having experienced customer service in high-end retail establishments such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel, I recognize when someone possesses the ability to make a customer feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Xel demonstrated that same caliber of service. She was engaging, personable, attentive, confident, and incredibly warm. She did not simply take an order—she created a positive customer experience.

What impressed me even more was the leadership potential I observed in her. Although her current position is important to the success of the restaurant, Xel displayed qualities that suggest she is capable of even greater responsibility. She demonstrated initiative, strong communication skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to connect with people—all characteristics of an effective salesperson and an exceptional leader.

Employees like Xel are an asset to any organization. I sincerely hope the leadership team at this Chick-fil-A recognizes her talents, continues to invest in her professional growth, and provides her with opportunities to develop as a leader.

Xel, thank you for making an ordinary visit extraordinary. Your exceptional service did not go unnoticed!“

“I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. I messaged the delivery girl about what happened, and instead of just offering a refund, she actually came all the way back to my apartment to resolve the issue because I wanted my food, not the money back. She returned with a fresh order and made sure I received it. Truly appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness!“

“Súper rico y la muchacha que atiende que habla español un excelente servicio“

“recommend for food only. I dont understand ordering from the app for speed and convenience only to have to be in the same drive thru lane. can't go inside to pick up, the signs are flipped around so there isn't curbside....meanwhile my oder was ready or scheduled for pick up 5 minutes ago, I still have probably 7 to 10 more minutes before I get to the window...so my food will be old. *sigh*“

“Is there any new news on how Ms.Linda is doing?“

“Food is always good. They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“What a fantastic establishment!! Both the staff and the food are above and beyond. They took my order and were very kind and welcoming. There were so many good halal options to choose from, but I ended up going with my all time favorite the chicken sandwich. It was SO delicious and worthwhile. If you’re ever in the area I suggest giving their juicy chicken a try!“

“This Chicken Sandwich Restaurant is really good because It has a variety of healthy options and unhealthy options to eat.“

“Got a couple of breakfast sandwiches. First the order was messed up. But the food was cold and not well done. The service at the drive through was good. But the food quality needs to be improved. Maybe the breakfast is the one that needs improvement“

“I had intentions of visiting the Curb Market and going to a different spot but once I entered, the smell of Fried Chicken hit my nostrils. Complete heaven if you truth be told.

I sat at the table and debated if I wanted Fried Chicken or to go to the place I originally wanted to visit.

Well Curlys won the race especially because I kept seeing so many people place orders here.

I decided on the 2 piece Fish Special for $12. That comes with a side as well. I ordered Catfish (no upcharge) and Fried Okra. It also comes with a slice of white bread on the bottom of the container. I ordered two Fried chicken wings as well which came with a slice of bread.

The fish was fried extra crispy and was piping hot. The okra was enough to feed two people. Actually the whole container was enough for two people. The fish was melt in your mouth good and seasoned as well as the okra. Curlys you have definitely won me over. Thank you also for hipping me to Buddy sauce and your nice hospitality.“

“Pro Tip: mix some Crystal or Louisiana hot sauce into the signature sauce.

(A little annoyed that I asked for hot sauce and they sent Tabasco but thankfully I got hot sauce in my bag, swag.)

Not sure who came first between them and Raising Cane’s but as a pretty loyal RC visitor I can say with ease that I think this is the better chicken tender.

Only issue is that with more flavor means you gotta *watch the salt* — they’re super tasty at a baseline, and it’s a good quality of tender cooked perfectly too, but it’s juuuust knockin at too salty. Struggling to get through the 4th tender.

Hopefully it was just this batch.

Fries are crinkle cut like RC too, but bigger… prefer RC’s fry. And they put no ketchup in the bag at all which they def need.

Overall it’s clearly a Coke to Pepsi sitch here. Since chicken fingers are the main jam I’m cool to crown Guthrie’s as the OG.

But let’s get some tweaks in on those kinks so y’all can fight back!“
