“Clean. Friendly. Consistent.

I've eaten at a lot of Zaxby's over the years and this is one of the better locations. I have lunch here often as it is close to work.

Typically, I order on the app and go through the drive-thru but also eat inside from time to time. The dining room is consistently tidy.

They are quick, friendly and remember me. Today, I finished ordering on the app as I was walking to the door and someone was putting my order together as I walked up to the counter.

Chicken wings, like barbecue, draw people to have strong preferences about where they eat. That being said, I like the wings here. I do have how large selection of sauces, as they promote.

Here's a tip: if you order the fries with no seasoning, they dropped them in the fryer for a few minutes to take the seasoning off and they come out hotter and crispier than usual.“

“Happened to stumble by this place and it was so good! We got chicken tenders, potato salad, mac n cheese, baked beans, and corn nuggets. The chicken fingers are amazing 10/10. All of the sides were really great as well but we enjoyed the Mac n cheese the most. We really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely recommend stopping in.“

“All Chick-fil-A's l've visited have excellent and trustworrhy gluten free options. My daughter has Celiacs and we trust their prevention of cross contamination. Fries and grilled nuggets are gluten free, and they offer gluten free packaged buns for their gluten-free gilled chicken sandwiches. A+ on drive through customer service and speed. Eating in has also been a positive experience. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff all around.“

We had an incredible experience at the Zaxby’s on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, and I cannot recommend this location enough! From the moment we walked in, the service was truly beyond expectation.
I want to give a massive shout-out to Mr. Celestin, the GM, who went completely out of his way to help my family and me navigate the menu. He was incredibly patient and thorough in ensuring we found options that aligned with our specific dietary restrictions. He even went the extra mile by providing us with a detailed nutritional facts brochure, which was so helpful.
When we found the standard seasoning to be a bit too strong for our needs, Mr. Celestin didn't hesitate for a second to make sure we were fully accommodated. He quickly organized our meal to be served with plain chicken and the lemon pepper seasoning on the side, turning a potentially difficult situation into a perfect, stress-free meal.
It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The entire team was wonderful, welcoming, and attentive. If you are in the Sandy Springs area, this is absolutely the place to go!“

I got the Fannie Mae's Combo that comes with 2 pieces of fish, a side of ur choice and either their signature Kool Aid or Sweet tea for 12 dollars. I got 2 pieces of catfish and a good size portion dirty rice and the Kool-Aid, all were delicious and more than worth the 12 dollars. The catfish was cooked really well, it basically melted in my mouth. The staff was nice too. I would definitely recommend the food here!“

“Pro Tip: mix some Crystal or Louisiana hot sauce into the signature sauce.

(A little annoyed that I asked for hot sauce and they sent Tabasco but thankfully I got hot sauce in my bag, swag.)

Not sure who came first between them and Raising Cane’s but as a pretty loyal RC visitor I can say with ease that I think this is the better chicken tender.

Only issue is that with more flavor means you gotta *watch the salt* — they’re super tasty at a baseline, and it’s a good quality of tender cooked perfectly too, but it’s juuuust knockin at too salty. Struggling to get through the 4th tender.

Hopefully it was just this batch.

Fries are crinkle cut like RC too, but bigger… prefer RC’s fry. And they put no ketchup in the bag at all which they def need.

Overall it’s clearly a Coke to Pepsi sitch here. Since chicken fingers are the main jam I’m cool to crown Guthrie’s as the OG.

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“
